We very randomly chose this Red Lobster last night and upon walking in we’re told from management that they just got their power back on and it was out for a little while so they’d be out of rice and baked potatoes because they take 45 minutes to make. Amazingly enough, we still chose to eat there. Life happens why punish them even more by leaving? So we took a minute and looked over the menu and after a few minutes both decided on the all you can eat shrimp. First off…totally worth it! $20 all you can eat and you can try basically any shrimp they have starting with 2 in the first run. Needless to say, we tried a variety. Shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo, & coconut shrimp were our selection last night and while the scampi and Alfredo were good, the coconut shrimp were just too good to not re-order! The overall atmosphere was pleasant and the servers were a constant presence. Everything went smooth and you couldn’t tell that they were recovering from power loss. A great night overall!

This Altamonte Springs location recently got a new manager and our dinner the other night was amazing. The service and tempo of the place was much improved , Servers and Speed of service was great and the food was on point and everything was cooked to perfection. Great Experiance !

We really wanted to love our neighborhood Red Lobster in Altamonte but we had 3 consecutive disappointing experiences. This has to be the worst location in metro Orlando.

The only thing that made this visit worthwhile was the excellent care we received from our server, Evie. She was attentive, cheerful, and a delight to talk to. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were delicious, but the rest of the food was not palatable. The clam chowder had a terrible smell & taste. The all you can eat shrimp was rubbery regardless of the variety chosen. The restaurant is comfortable. Lots of room in the booths and other customers are spaced far enough away for you to have a private conversation if desired.

UPDATE … I returned today for endless shrimp. Fabulous service from Jason. Ordered crispy sprouts as side again, but this time I asked server to tell kitchen to go easy on the balsamic and they were fantastic. Awesome shrimp skewers and scampi.

Even though I was there for Valentines Day and was told the wait was 1 hour, I was called within 50 minutes. Judy, the server, made it a great evening. She was very attentive, sweet, and pleasant. Cudos to Judy!

We gave Red Lobster Altamonte location another try and glad we did. Food was excellent, the cooks are on point. Our server was Victoria and she was on top of everything, quickly bringing food to the table, refilling drinks, and picking up dirty plates. They have a new manager, PJ, he stopped by our table to ask how the meal was and if there was anything he could do for us. We had an excellent experience. Everything was great.

So on a Saturday we went around 5 to be told it will be a 50 min wait for a table of 5 ok no problem Once our server greeted us It’s almost like she never want to come back to the table to check on us. I had to ask for extra cheddar Bay biscuits. I had to ask for a refill of my drink. Which For the atmosphere and price that you guys charge. You would think they would be a little bit more attentive. It was the table in front of us, their birthday as well as my daughters. The server made sure to sing Happy Birthday to that table. But didn’t even bother to sing for my daughter, which is whatever, but don’t act one way towards the table. And then act another way towards another table because Me and my wife and I both work in hospitality. I work in the back of the house. My wife works in the front house. And we usually tip very, very well. But with this service, She was lucky to get the minimum. Now the food that was amazing my family all had the crab fest and they loved it!!!!!!!! They would have to say that was the best part of the night. Overall I would say three stars

Our server (JohnC) was extremely personable & attentive, the speed with which we received our meal was efficient, & the bartender made our drinks to perfection. My only complaint is that there needs to be more protein in the linguine dishes. I paid about $30 for lobster linguini & have yet to taste any lobster. I ordered a side of chicken to get more protein on my plate.
