I have never had a bad experience at Red Lobster. The atmosphere is always pleasant. The staff is always very hospitable. The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend eating here and who doesn’t just love those delicious cheesy biscuits??

The service was incredible. It was a Sunday night. We were told a 50 min wait for our party of 6 (understandable), but they got us sat in 30 min. I believe our servers name was Anissa, and I apologize if that spelling isn’t correct. The restaurant was slammed, but she really killed it and handled all of her tables well. We never went thirsty, and she brought 2 rounds of hot, fresh biscuits. Really great server. The food was meh. The lobster is so overrated. I didn’t like the coconut shrimp. The shrimp/lobster tacos were good. Don’t bother with the scallops. Shrimp scampi was good, as well as the flounder. Stay away from the Coleslaw. We will return based on the service alone. We just know what and what not to order next time.

I always get excited when going out to eat at Red Lobster. This is because I have fond childhood memories of coming here. However, once I arrive I instantly remember that I actually really dislike this place now. This review focuses on my last two visits here. The first one was supposed to be for date night with my husband. We went around 6:30-7 on a Wednesday night. We had to wait for a table, even though half of the restaurant was empty. After we were seated, we were waiting so long for somebody to come to our table that we just actually got up and went to Outback Steakhouse instead. And it was delicious. The last time, we visited with our kids around 3pm on a Monday. Same situation with seating. We also had long wait times for somebody to come to our table, get our drinks, and get our food. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but I believe our server also had a large group at the same time. The inside of the restaurant is the same as it was 15 years ago, the food quality is not worth the price IMO, and it was just sad seeing the lobsters by the front door inside that small, dingy tank waiting to die. You do get a lot of food, though. And ngl the garlic shrimp scampi slap. The cheese biscuits weren’t even as good as I remember them. I’m sorry because I usually try and post good reviews, but I feel some type of way and don’t want to forget that I don’t want to come back here.

The service was pretty good, and the food was good (not great for the price) but the atmosphere was not great. Sitting at our table looking out at the parking lot. If you’re looking for a nice place to take your wife this is not it!

The waiter Kevin is great; personable with excellent customer service. The food was good, but to be honest, I’ve never gotten anything except popcorn shrimp. This is a place my nephew always wants me to take him, he is 14.

My husband and I were in the Red Lobster near Chesapeake Square Mall and we were extremely impressed with the service. Although the food was great, the customer service was even better. It was very obvious that the staff was extremely busy, but we felt they did an exceptional job taking care of the patrons. My husband and I are retired federal managers, so we know that most employees are only as good as their leaders. As well, we know how difficult it can be to find employees who are a good fit for your company. I didn’t catch the manager on duty name, but she walked around greeting everyone and checking to see if we all needed anything. She was a young black lady who was very friendly, exuded confidence, and loyalty to her job. She is a keeper!

If I could rate 0 stars across the board I would. Lobster dip was dry, don’t know how that’s possible. Endless shrimp- you wait so long for service that it’s not worth it. It took them 1 hour to bring our food and I’ve been waiting another 1.5 hours now for refills on drinks and shrimp which I was informed, you can only order two at a time. This place is ridiculous. Don’t advertise endless shrimp then make customers wait hours for the shrimp.

Great food, but where we were seated wasn’t very nice, and it was my birthday. They brought a staff member out to sing Happy Birthday, and no one cared about me. We were ignored and no one wanted to give me a to go tray and I watched a waitress give a to go tray to someone who had all you can eat shrimp and she had 3 to go trays. I only had my crab and steak. My waiter apparently had to tend bar along with serving us and wasn’t very attentive. Just like the hostess, she was nowhere to be seen when I came in, so I went to the bathroom to wash up, and we still had to wait 10 min before she came out. She apologized, but she had to bus tables and clean them plus wrap silverware. You need to hire more people.
