Jasmin was our waitress and she was very attentive, friendly and all around pleasant to encounter. She made sure to keep the refills flowing and biscuits coming for our large group without us even having to ask. The food was hot and fresh. Definitely come back and ask for Jas to serve you!

A bit disappointing after so many raves I’ve heard. The add on crab legs were ice cold. And small. The lobster bisque was a bit congealed and the stuffed mushrooms were….just not good. Salty and oil was separating.
Service was good enough and manager did try to rectify the issues others had.
Glad I came so I know I dont need to again.

Wine served in a FLOWER VASE? Not when you’re pricing yourselves as “high end”. We need to do better Red Lobster. So, I’ve been to a lot of Red Lobsters. Took my daughter to this location for her first experience because of the “biscuits” (she’d heard about them). I ordered a wine and it came AFTER our meal was 90% complete (we were there for 58 min). The nice server (new) finally brought it in literally a flower vase. She was new so I walked to bar to ask about this. Bar said we’re out of glasses. I asked for manager to understand how do you serve wine at a restaurant where your meal is $40 each in this? I would have taken a plastic cup if even offered. He was quiet (maybe he cared maybe he didn’t – hard to tell). He was busy getting called to other tables with other issues.
The goal in business is to delivery 7-star service (not 5 stars, but exceed customer expectations). You’re pricing yourselves high end. Need to step the game up Red Lobster.

My husband took me to red lobster for my 40th birthday and my server Caleb was so awesome. They even sung happy birthday to me and gave me a little celebration with ice cream, a candle and a birthday card with personal messages from each of the servers and it warmed my heart. Ps. the food and drinks were yummy .

Haven’t eaten at RL in years. Food is better than I remember. Just wanted something quick and had a taste for some biscuits and lobster dip (see pic). Went for lunch and service was EXTREMELY slow, even though there were only 4 occupied tables (11 total people) in this entire section. Server would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. Smh. Even when we entered, I asked for a booth, went to the bathroom and my family was seated at a table. Hostess then took the menus and put them at the nearby booth and walked off. All we ordered were appetizers and drinks and we were in the restaurant for an hour and forty minutes. My glass also had lip marks on it
