Soda machine for the drive through was making weak drinks with not enough syrup. I parked, walked in, only customer inside, they made no effort to fix the problem, gave me a different drink out of the same machine and it wasn’t any better sent me on my way. There’s no doubt in my mind that hours later they are still serving soda thru the drive through that sucks. Skip this location, drive to the next one if you want something from BK. The employees at this location don’t care a bit.

I’ve gone several times and while the food is up to stay paid for large item and I either receive a small item or if they’re completely in today’s instance, I ordered a whopper and I had it modified and I got a regular whopper with a small fry instead of the large that I had ordered

I came hungry. Burger was not double tasting (idk what that means. Shoutout dale). Great service and received food quick. Chef Eric was right, the burger was made the way BK intended. They did not mess up roaly (?). Can confirm the slushy/pop machine works. Cops were not called. CHUNKS OF LETTUCE confirmed.

We went to this Burger King to get a few Impossible Whoppers, and it became somewhat “impossible” for us to get them right. We had gone to a different Burger King on the day The Impossible Whopper was released, and had an incredible experience there, so this pains me to say, but this was not that experience.
We had a coupon for a FREE whopper, and wanted to use it for The Impossible Whopper, which we apparently weren’t supposed to do. They made it happen, but after having charged us full price for the one we thought would be comped by the coupon, and only after purchasing a drink and small fry (chips) at full retail price. Essentially, the coupon took off about a dollar and a half, but definitely not a FREE whopper.
I also happen to not care for fast food (take-away) restaurant onions in most cases, so I try to get my dishes without them when possible. I made the mistake of asking for 2 without onions, and 3 with (for the others in my party who enjoy them). They all came back with an overdosed amount of onions, to which even my onion going mates complained. But they can be picked off, so that truly wasn’t even the worst part. The fact that we waited for what seemed like eternity also wasn’t the worst part, and we truly did have to wait for about 20 minutes to get our ”food”.
No, the worst part was that after all that time, all that fuss, The Impossible Whoppers we received came to us soo pink on the inside, they were almost inedible. If I had procured a meat burger (back in my meat eating days, not that long ago), and it had come that pink I would have absolutely taken it back. The major benefit for us was that we took our food to go, and had access to an amazing George Foreman Grill.
So after re-grilling our parties, constructing them how we saw fit, we were finally able to eat The Impossible Whopper from this particular Burger King. Sadly, I feel this location is not ready for a plant based society, which means they will need to play a bit of catch up with the rest of the world and their take-away peers in the very near future.

Burger King in Roy is a great Burger King franchise. The staff has always been friendly, and courteous, when I have visited. On multiple occasions, they have gone out of their way to make my experience a good one. The food has always been hot and fresh. If you are considering a stop at a Burger King in the Roy area, I highly recommend this one. I also recommend getting the Burger King app and checking out the offers before you visit.

I mean, it’s fast food. Menu is still mediocre. We tried their chicken wraps and let me tell you…flavor wasn’t terrible, but they do not know how to make a wrap here. Chicken was on top and lettuce/tomato was on the bottom, wrapped inside of a torn in half tortilla…we had to rebuild all of our wraps. Coke freestyle machine was almost out of every single soda. We had fanta and bargs root beer for options and almost every flavor add in was out. Keep trying to give this BK a chance every few months but I am always disappointed.

I had 2 orders. Lobby was completely empty besides one other person that only got a coffee. Drive-thru was not busy at all. I got my second order before I got my first order and then it took still over 45 minutes to get my first order I ordered everything without mayo and they completely drenched it all when I had asked about my order after waiting 45 minutes I believe it was the manager looked really irritated and annoyed walked away after saying it takes 7 to 8 minutes to cook the chicken.. and then I mentioned I was understanding about that but it’s already been over 45 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order.. after finally getting my order almost being there an hour i just wanted to get home it was getting late my kids were tired I got home and all of our food was completely not right fries were old and cold I had to have them replace two of them before leaving and we didn’t even get our onion rings that we were supposed to. They only gave me one of two of my receipts. Had to go back a third time to get my kids desserts that they didn’t add in a bag. Just a horrible experience. I understand people being short staffed and things like that but there should have been no reason for any of this that night there was plenty of workers no one in the lobby drive-thru wasn’t even busy at all. Ordered 12 puece chicken fries, paired for 12 got 8. Asked for sauce didnt get any and they were so old and stale that they weren’t edible. Health inspectors need to visit this location.
