Took forever for the food to come out and by the time it did the crab was cold and was not fresh. There were flies flying over our food! I ordered the Brownie Overboard the ice cream was frost bitten maybe expired! The brownie was the only good part out of the entire dinner…

Went in today for the endless shrimp and was amazed at how big the shrimp are now! I thought they were going to disappoint with the rinka dinks they had years ago, but I was wrong! The pasta was also great and the new crablegs with roasted garlic. I will be returning and for $20 you can’t beat that!!

The only downside to my visit was the wait. We didn’t make a reservation, but I got there at 6:30 pm and subscribed for text alerts because there was about an hour of wait time. We didn’t receive a text alert at all, and it was almost 2 hours later. Not even telling us that they’re running behind. When we finally went inside, the host at the front of the desk wasn’t going by the phone numbers and just went with who he saw come in first. So why bother to sign up for text alerts in the first place. But once we were seated, our waitress was great, and the food was amazing.

We stopped here today on our way through to Boston. We arrived at 2:40 pm. After15 minutes did our waitress come to the table. The biscuits came only after repeated requests 45 minutes later, five minutes after the food was already on the table. The cutlery consisted of only two forks and it took another five minutes before we got a steak knife (!) for the fish. The waitress was nice, but seemed more than busy. Management came to the table to assure us she would take care; after that, she was not seen again. We are big fans of Red Lobster, but will not return here, even though the food was fine. This is no way to treat guests!

Wow, I honestly can’t believe this place is still in business. I counted 4 tables in the bar area, a handful of people at the bar, and maybe 2-3 tables in the dining room. We got drinks, ordered our food, waited 1.5 hrs and finally asked our waitress if they started our food yet and to cancel it if they didn’t start it. She came back and said it was still going to be at least 10 minutes before they got to our order so we canceled it and left. I heard another party at the bar cancel their order as well and the 3 tables behind us were all complaining about their food quality and the wait. I felt bad for the waitresses. You could tell they were stressed about the wait times and there wasn’t much they could do. The atmosphere was so sad and dirty as well. I can’t see this business being open much longer.

I wasn’t sure how to rate the service because our waiter (Michael,) was great for what he had to work with…. We went to dinner and all 3 of the adults in the party wanted the endless shrimp (specifically the new Dragon shrimp, the new Shrimp Rangoon and the classic Coconut Shrimp,) and we waited over an hour on a Wednesday night (5:00PM) for a table because we all really wanted to try these new items…. Once we were seated, they informed us that they were out of ALL 3 of these items!!! As well as, french fries and potatoes! This is definitely something the host should have warned us about while we were waiting for over an hour- when taking names and informing guests of the wait time he should have told us the things they were out of (especially since there were 6 foot signs all over the restaurant advertising the Endless Shrimp special they were offering!) we definitely would not have stayed and waited so long just to be disappointed and left without the option to order the sole items we came to enjoy! It was very rude to allow us to wait that entire time and not say anything when we first put our names in (we did specifically say we were there for the Endless Shrimp so it’s not like he didn’t know…) there is no way that they ran out of all 5 of these items in that hour. We will not be returning, nor recommending this Red Lobster.

Endless shrimp? Endless disappointment! It was my birthday. I am very patient and not a d*ck. My family spent a lot of money. All you can eat shrimp special for 20 dollars? Yeah when you get service for it. When you don’t have to wait 20 minutes in between any plates. We were seated immediately but I’ve had one plate of shrimp in 2 hours. It took 30 minutes to get any drinks or biscuits. *** there should also be a service request in the girls bathroom for a running automatic faucet, as well as a stall door that doesn’t lock. Also the lobster pizza was a microwave totinos pizza. Got no silverware. Also the server called the biscuits “whisker biscuits” which was very inappropriate in front of my 10 year old nephew.
