I will never step foot in this place ever again. The food was disgusting and poorly prepared. I definitely wasted my money coming here. I ordered stuffed mushrooms, those we thrown together and looked like slop. $30+ for the pasta shown below, as you can see there was a bit of lobster and minimal sauce. The majority was boiled noodles. Not to mention, the staffs attitude was horrendous. There’s a lot more I can say but I’ll just save it for corporate. You couldn’t pay me to come back. Worst experience ever.

We decided to go on Mother’s Day, so there wer large parties. This caused the food to be delayed in the kitchen. The visitors at our table were patient and everything was delicious when delivered. We ended up going home with lots of extras. The staff was wonderful and we really enjoyed our visit.

Service definitely could’ve been better. Waitress brought our food, forgot one of my sides, I asked for no green onions on my baked potato but of course, it still came with it. I got the three shrimp trio with baked potato & Caesar salad .. also asked for extra rolls waitress said would be a few minutes they were in the oven, never came. I’d definitely go again just hopefully next time I get a different server lol

Coming to this Red Lobster on a Saturday evening was a great decision. They provided prompt and friendly service, and the dinner was what you expect to satisfy your seafood and Red Lobster cravings. Everything was cooked from freshness. The service was excellent as well.

My wife and I love Red Lobster. However, this was the worst restaurant we’ve had. This is my first time leaving a bad review, but I just feel like I have to after tonight. The server was nice, but the food took an hour plus to come out. My steak took even more time than that. After waiting an hour plus for our food to come out, I cut my steak in half and my steak was raw, just seared, I ordered it medium. The server took the steak back to get recooked, and it came back seared where I had cut it and again the inside of the steak was raw. So I cut it up a bunch and got it recooked one last time, it came well done and I didn’t eat much of it because I was tired after work and waiting 1.5+ hours for my steak to get done at 9:30 p.m.

We used to frequent Red Lobster often, but hadn’t been to one recently. Since we were in the area, we decided to stop in. When we arrived, there was no host at the podium. I waited several minutes and finally the girl who was handling “To go” orders came over to check us in. She told us it would be a 20-minute wait. We sat and waited. At the time there were three other parties ahead of us. During our wait, more parties came in, 3 parties of 2 and 2 parties of 6. The three parties ahead of us had been seated, so we knew we should be next. Instead of seating us, they seated both parties of 6 and 2 of the 3 parties of 2. All of whom arrived well over 15 minutes after we did. This was extremely frustrating, even more so since we had our two small children with us who were becoming impatient. When my husband spoke to the staff regarding our wait and why four parties who arrived well after we did were seated before us, there was no explanation. By the time we were seated, it had been 45 minutes.

I got plain pasta at Red Lobster and got it delivered. The service was fantastic, my pasta got delivered by the great Farrah who is a server but still got me a fantastic delivery. She is great and does everything. The pasta was great, very tasty, and was delivered warm, despite the cold temperatures of icy Buffalo NY. The service at Red lobster, led by the great manager Alex, is exceptional and accommodating to all customers, including hungry pasta loving college students like myself. So don’t worry if you don’t like fish and is only eating at Red Lobster because they’re friends made them. They serve pasta too. I highly recommend Red Lobster to all those fellow pasta enthusiasts out there.

My family loves Red Lobster. I always look forward to the cheddar biscuits but this time it was a bit disappointing. They weren’t as fluffy and soft as I remembered. They were a bit soggy. It took forever for the food to come out as well and the restaurant wasn’t as busy. It was also freezing cold! A bit uncomfortable for dining in. But our waitress Shannon was so kind and provided us with excellent service. Even though the food took a while, it was all very delicious.

Cannot believe the service (or lack of) we received. To start, we came in as a party of 4 and was misquoted for a 1 hour wait that actually took 10 min for us to be seated…? Fine, but that’s a pretty inaccurate expectation set and there was no one else waiting for a table. Once we were seated, the restaurant was pretty empty (~ 40% capacity. Once we placed our order, it took 50 min for us to get our food… The dishes were cold, they gave us the wrong side dishes, and the server did not bother to check in on us or provide biscuit / drink refills once the entire time we were waiting. Management claimed the kitchen was “short staffed” AFTER the 40 min mark, but we saw tables that were seated after us getting their food much sooner AND the server could have done a much better job at providing a better dining experience. Very disappointing experience and will not be coming back.
