I have never dined in at this location, so can’t speak on the service for that. I usually order takeout and the food is always ready when I arrive, fresh and hot. The takeout hosts and hostesses are super friendly every time. Last time I went I was in the neighborhood so didn’t place the order online but went in. Since I was waiting for the food (13 mins) every single staff member came over to me and ask if I needed anything, offered free drinks, etc… They went above and beyond and I wasn’t even there long. I would definitely recommend this Red Lobster if you’re craving seafood and want excellent customer service.

Red Lobster has always been average at best but the quality of their food has taken a dive. My main course of garlic/ butter crab legs was tasteless and the presentation was horrible. I like garlic but there were so many huge pieces that I had to push them off to eat my meal, who’s idea was it to serve like that? I don’t think I’ll be returning again.

Waited for about 30 mins. But the food made it worth the wait. And the service was even better. Our server’s name was Nichole. She was very kind and accommodating to our needs. She offered ways to get the best price for our food like recommending we get the fries and chicken tenders from the kids menu for our little one vs an adult meal. She was the kindest and made our dining experience 10 times better. Will be returning.

I was craving shrimp something, so I decided to return to Red Lobster after not having gone in years. There was a wait, first due to staffing, then due to us wanting a booth. A plus, all staff were pleasant and communicated well. They had drink specials, which was also a plus, even though I didn’t indulge. Our waiter, Eddie, was efficient, but moving so fast; gotta show down Eddie We ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms which used to be so voluptuous and delicious, but they were blah, but hot which I liked. My unlimited shrimp seems like it was limited The drinks were good; my partner had a cocktail which was made well, and we both order mango lemonades, delish but could use a bit more lemonade to mango concentrate. Oh, my coconut shrimp was delicious. I would order differently next time… maybe I just ordered the wrong items. The restaurant was emaculate and quite with light background music I enjoyed.

At this time, they have a special for all you can eat shrimp. So you order 2 of the shrimp dishes from the special and you can keep refilling with different options all for $20. The food was mediocre, I have had better seafood at the Chinese places. However, the service was amazing and our waiter was so pleasant and fast. The restaurant needs a face lift.

Went with my husband and 3 kids. Only good thing was we got seated right away. The food was decent. Went for endless shrimp, our waiter kept avoiding our table, never asked how we were doing, if we needed anything after initially introducing herself as our waitress. I had to constantly call her over and see seemed annoyed by that. For the endless shrimp, the waitress act as if I’m asking her to bring the shrimp from her house, everytime I ordered more. She told me I could only order one at a time, I said ok, understandable. Then when she brought what I ordered which took forever!!!! I ordered more because it seems like they are taking forever in the kitchen(and like I mentioned she disappears). She told me I have to finish what’s in-front of me first before I order more shrimp. Umm… What excuse me!!! So you’re telling me I have to look for you to order, then order, wait a long wait to get my one order of shrimp, then eat the one order of shrimp then I can order more shrimp!!!??? So much for endless shrimp !!!! A little advice if you’re going to advertise endless shrimp please put on that same advertisement “how you can order”. Mind you I called earlier to see if the restaurant participated in the promotion and ask how it works they never mentioned that. I should also add we didn’t just order endless, we had 3 orders of the ultimate feast amongst others menu items including drinks. I would definitely not go back. I don’t know if that only happens at this location or that’s how they do it. Either way I would not recommend!!!! Years ago probably before the pandemic we tried the endless shrimp promotion, twice, and it was not like this. Manager was no where in sight also or else I would ask for clarification. Forgot to mention I asked for parmesan(never received it). I had to remind her like 3 times for some biscuits. I believe the waitress name was Jennifer.

Briana M was such a wonderful waitress ! She made my family and I feel so welcomed ! The service was so top tier she constantly checked in on us made sure everything was well , the food was so fresh and hot and even sung my nephew and I happy birthday we truly appreciated it .
