Took long to be attended to even though the restaurant was not busy. Multiple employees looked but kept walking by until a manager and host finally came to seat me. Miss communication caused my service to be more delayed than usual after being seated in an area that was assigned to a loaded waiters area. Another server, Ami, was nice and attentive enough to jump in get my food service going after explaining that the current waiter was busy with multiple tables. She was very nice and polite and took care of my food orders and drinks right away. The food was made fresh and efficiently. The food was really good and enjoyable.

One of my favorite locations, staff here is polite and tends to all their customers. Wait time is not long. The manager here, Omar, he is super fantastic. I love his energy, I wish all locations had someone like him as a manager. He is super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and seasonal changes and deals. I will always come back to this specific red lobster ❤️

This Red Lobster was a disappointment. The WiFi didn’t work, and I went to restaurants to eat through work. Then the PoS system failed and offered ma bill for another table. This is unfair to the servers and the customers. The lack of WiFi is inexcusable.

You could never go wrong eating here at Red Lobster food and drinks are good. We usually visit the Yonkers spot. This location service is a little slow. Overall I would return.

The wait for a table was 40 minutes and then the wait for our meal was 1 hour and then the order came back wrong, my date asked for fries and got mash potatoes instead-he had to eat his salmon and shrimps with only one side-he paid for his entire meal but it was not complete…it’s a shame the waitress said she would get fries but never went back to get it….we just left unsatisfied because the food also arrived semi-warm as well…like the plate was sitting there abandoned by waitress and when she finally got to our plates it was not a hot plate! The salmon was cooked well and food tasted great but the service needs to change

This Red Lobster is located at the entrance of the Original Bay Plaza…Beautiful structure…Needs more organized placement of guest upon arrival, there was not an assigned hostess to do this, so guest were waiting for some time even though the restaurant had seats available plus they were not streamlined according to time arrived because no one was at the desk to ensure this so an issue developed.
