I opted for the curbside pick up, which was pretty cool and painless. The shrimp were delicious. This location is conveniently situated on route 46 right pass the Willowbrook Mall. My meal was less than $30.00

The staff was friendly and courteous, the wait time after ordering was tolerable. The ambiance great, my gripe was the ceiling panels could do with repairs and/or replacing it was quite apparent that there was some sort of leak that was quite evident in the swollen areas; as well as areas around the central air conditioning ducts were discolored. Overall the service was good and would definitely recommend this establishment to others, I will definitely be going back.

I mean it’s Red Lobster, right? You know you’re getting chain restaurant service and a selection of food that goes with the theme. My family loves Red Lobster. The bread!!! The dessert!!! For me, the crab, for my husband the rock lobster tail, my son the shrimp, and my other kids just love the bread and the live lobsters. Don’t go on the weekends or around dinner time and you’re good. The waiters are young and very sweet and good service. Its clean and the food has never been sent back with any issues.

I ordered the steak, the steak were hugely overrated and criminally small for something to advertise to somebody to fill them. the shrimp and the chicken Alfredo was served nice and properly. it was clear the waiters/ waitresses were rushing to service us but there was one in particular who practically said here and looked at me like her Day was ruined by me and it was very off putting as I felt as though she wanted me to eat with my hands and fingers considering we were getting utensils from her to eat with. the atmosphere was also low considering we were at the back area and the table was unusually wobbly as if they just did not want to fix or repair it get us a new one or at least try to give us a better one. I ordered the steak “well done ” for those who might be wondering and every second for 45 to 50 seconds I was either complaining about how it legit tasted almost just bad or how it needed salt and my God did it need it. the biscuits saved the night because the mashed potatoes jesus Christ woo they did not try too hard with the flavors I had to legit mix salt and black pepper and for the best but it was clear the potatoes was made at their worst. they not known for the other food besides sea food I know but steak and potatoes need to have at least a little care at least , for the consumer in this case. I will say however the drinks are what really saved the event because I ordered watermelon lemonade and I loved it,it was top notched and you could taste the watermelon it did not over power the lemon in it of itself the strawberry one was also good but I prefer the watermelon over it. overall decent next time get some more workers so that they clearly don’t look overworked and can’t be bothered to stay and serve everyone I enjoyed the curly haired male with the glasses he made me feel catered to and that’s how they all should make feel You as a customer.

The food still tastes just as I remember it. Just like everything else nowadays, the prices have increased, but it’s expected. This location will always be nostalgic for me. I remember coming here with my parents as a little girl. Our server was wonderful, and from my experience, they always have been.

When I arrived at this location there was absolutely no one there to greet incoming guests. As I waited the bartenders walked by but they didn’t acknowledge me to at least say “someone will seat you shortly” or “we’ll be right with you” nothing. So after standing there for about ten minutes I called the restaurant phone and asked if someone could come and sit me. I understand that in a restaurant there is sometimes a rotation in seating so I didn’t want to seat myself nor did I desire to sit at the bar. If this was a slow day and no hosts were scheduled that’s fairly understandable, but at least train the servers and bartenders to acknowledge guests when walking by. My server made up for this experience.

We came in on a seemingly slow Sunday evening, restaurant maybe at 30% capacity. Got our bread, drinks, and orders taken quickly, Thoroughly loved the Ultimate Feast, Lobsters dream and seaside shrimp trio, Great in terms of both quality and quantity. The food tastes delicious, employees are nice and friendly, and the ambience is cozy. Would definitely come back!

When I went into Red Lobster to eat I was expecting to have a nice meal but as soon as I was seated I knew that everything was going to go down hill. I was seated next to two plant pots where there were gnats attacking me while I was trying to sit and enjoy my food. Not only this but the waiter that was attending me didn’t place my food order and lied to me. He said that the chef had dropped my food on the floor. This was obviously a lie as it had taken him around 20 minutes to say that. Then he came again without our food and told us that the kitchen was crowded and to wait around 15 minutes. Around a half an hour later he came back and told us it was almost ready. At this point I wasn’t hungry anymore and then manager came and told us the truth. The waiter never entered the order in the machine. He lied to us and then the truth came out which was quite embarrassing for him. The manager offered a discount which I didn’t want as I again was not hungry anymore after waiting an hour for food that never arrived. This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant and I hope that Red Lobster is able to train their employees better and make sure their customer service is up to par.

My mother loves going to Red Lobster. She loves the drinks and food. However, on August 20, 2023 my parents visited for lunch and the server had a terrible attitude. To the point where she slammed the drinks on the table, causing my father’s drink to spill. She didn’t apologized and left the mess for my dad to clean it up. When I heard this, I told my parents that they should’ve said something to the manager. Lately this Red Lobster has been going down hill.

I came to this location a couple times after COVID and I noticed the quality went down and the food didn’t taste fresh at all. I decided to give it another chance and order take out. Big mistake. I ordered a combination plate with broiled scallops and coconut shrimp. For my sides I ordered mash potatoes and linguini. The only thing that was edible was the shrimp and potatoes. The scallops were tiny seared mini scallops the size of mini marshmallows in a cup of soup. And when I opened it it smelled BAD and looked gross. Didn’t even eat it and threw it out. The linguini was boiled plain pasta. Literally nothing on it just boiled pasta.
