To start off, we got 2 orders of hush puppies and an order of onion rings. I recommend getting both. Very few places make a good hush puppy, but this place excels at it. The onion rings came out very hot and fresh. My main course was the Low County Boil. It was one of the best I have had in a long time. Everyone’s food came out in their own plastic bag, ready to be opened and poured into the dish. You know the food is good when the whole group of 5 us goes quiet. Most of us got the lunch portions, and there was plenty of food to take back home with us. I would definitely like to go back one day.

Crab shack kind of feel to the place once inside. Food was quickly served and spices were on target. There are a couple boiled eggs added the Low Country Boil which I don’t quite understand. The eggs do taste very good with all of the spices.

Great food! I frequently visit Red Claw for take-out and dine-in. I received TRASH service today! Placed an online order. Walked in and there were only two girls working but ONE table filled. I stood and waited to be greeted…Didn’t happen. When I said something, the girl that was standing at the back counter said, “See I don’t like that! & I ain’t finna do this!” Then she walked to the back. I went ahead behind the front counter and got my own order. Because who wants cold fish???

A place that know how to fry calamari. Everything both my husband and I ate was awesome. I had steamed mussels and clams. My husband had fried talapia and shrimp. Not overly breaded. You must try this place. Very friendly and curtious staff.
