The cards were in our favor last Sunday when we stopped by for dinner. We apparently arrived after the dinner rush, so we basically had the restaurant to ourselves. Rainy was our waitress, and very astute to our needs and kept our beverages filled. This was our first visit to this location, and it mirrored that closest to our home. The restaurant was very well maintained, even the restrooms. We shared our favorite meal, Sesame Chicken, Lo mein and Fried Rice. Their food was delicious and the quiet ambiance of classical music whispering throughout, turned our parents night out into a true date night. We were definitely pleased with the experience and recommend.

Super slow service. Despite empty restaurant. Had blonde hair in soup and one of our dishes. Not appetizing. The waitress didn’t take orders from all of us. We had to keep going to look for someone to help get water and napkins etc

Good place but be careful when u order takeout online it’s automatically on 15% gratuity unless u change it. I was like why did my bill come out like this. I looked on the receipt it was added so I went back and it’s in 15% u have to customize it. Just a heads up

I ordered carry out which consisted of three orders of Mongolian Beef and there was very little beef, mostly noodles and onions. Our dinner was quite pricey for barely any meat. Also there was quite a bit of gristle in the beef that was inedible. I will no longer be ordering from Red Bowl. Food at Panda Express is much better quality and less expensive.

Ordered pepper steak and onions and it came with everything but the steak…we’ll, one small piece of steak anyway…all peppers and onions. Second time the quality has been bad. Didn’t say anything the first time but now it’s starting to be the new norm.

Today I wanted to eat some shrimp lo mein and chicken with broccoli. Shrimp lo mein was good but at the end of the bowl I found a ROACH IN MY SHRIMP LO MEIN. I felt so sick and disgusted and I am NEVER eating there again. When I came in to get my money back no reaction at all for what I showed them. It seems like this isn’t the first time either. So they pretty much lost a customer after that. I even threw out the full uneaten chicken and broccoli. I was too disgusted to trust that place anymore.
