I placed my order online through the app, and everything had sour cream on it even though I specifically requested none. That’s not even the worst part — I asked for potatoes to be added to my steak chalupa, not for it to be mostly potatoes with just a little bit of steak and some tomatoes?? Why was sour cream added to the chalupa? An item that doesn’t even come with it, especially when I asked for no sour cream on all the other items I ordered? On top of that, the drive-through employee was not polite either. This is ridiculous.
Waste of $15.

Clarkstons Taco Bell is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants in the valley. Very friendly staff. I am a delivery driver and I can honestly say they actually make sure that you actually get exactly what you ordered, no forgotten items and never forget the straw.

Not only is it lacking toilet paper and napkins, there’s soda all over the beverage area. I ordered 2 loaded beef nachos with extra cheese and sour cream in 1 container. I got double the chips and the rest was as a single order is. Oh, thx for the little cup of cheese when I complained. The absolute worst order I’ve ever received here. So I got screwed out of $ and a filling dinner.

Every time I go there employees have a shity attitude towards customers. When you order you may get hot sauce if you do it’s one per taco. I ordered 12 tacos and tried to get extra taco sauce they didn’t give me any.

My burritos were thrown in the bag and spilled out everywhere. Very sloppy work. I’m never ear there again. Also I’m really tired if being asked to round up to the nearest dollar. These CEOs think they are special and take all the glory for collecting for charities while they pocket their own percentage of it. Totally disgusting and terrible service!
