I had the worst experience on 3/24. The transgender at thecwindiw was very rude and over the top. They forgot to put my sausage in the bag. I went back to the window to let them know. The transgender started waving his hands and neck and told me the I was holding up his line. He put on a huge rude production with me and my daughter. I love Red Barn Crawfish but I won’t ever return because of the bad customer service that I received. I’m not spending my money at a place that does not respect their customers.

Didn’t know what to expect from a very new restaurant. They are still doing some remodeling, have yet to get a soda dispenser, or any plates or trays to eat on in the restaurant. These can be quickly remedied if you bring your own bottled drink & tray of some sort or just get the food to go. The delicious food is why it’s getting a high rating. My wife enjoyed her crab legs, there wasn’t any sort of crab tool available she had to use her teeth. I enjoyed my jumbo shrimp, corn, & potatoes. The potatoes were nice & spicy. The sauce for the shrimp was very good, similar to cane sauce. This is probably the best shrimp & crab boil on Pines Road. Definitely worth a try. Pricing average is about $20 for bags but they have prices for individual pounds.

Solid spot. If you dine in just know it is super hot inside. Small dining area. The food was okay. The shrimp I had was nothing special. The Catfish was pretty good though. There was hair in girlfriends food, so that why the rating is low

Worst crawfish I’ve had in a very long time. There was little to no seasoning, they tasted like muddy water because they were not thoroughly cleaned, calling them small is an understatement and they were over cooked. I tried this place because the reviews on here were pretty good, but I’m starting to think those reviews were from people the employees know personally. Rubba Boot might be a far drive, but the quality of the product is the best in the city compared to the crawfish I received at this establishment. I can appreciate the value price and hefty amount of crawfish they give you, but none of that matters if they don’t taste good.

Horrible, messed order up and very rude and unprofessional. Called bk about order being incorrect, the cashier had the nerves to ask was I coming bk for the rest of my order. Are you kidding me , I paid for it and wants what I paid for. When I returned had the nerves to tell me that she believes she gave me my correct items. In other word me the PAYING CUSTOMER IS LYING IN all my years of working in customer service have I ever told the customer they were lying on my f up. Even if I was thinking it. I made it right at all cost. I the customer pay your wages.

I just tried it last night I got the breeze bag the crawfish wasn’t really seasoned enough for me average in size. I added corn, potato and sausage none had any seasoning and it was just some down home sausage for 3 dollars. Don’t waste your time I didn’t even finish it because I was so disappointed.

I have 3 crawfish boils a year and normally use main chain providers where I get a 20-30 pound bag for $65.43 (before tax). My first time at Red Barn I got about a 40lb bag for $50.54 (that’s w/tax). They loaded my bag in the car (other places don’t do that). Got home to prepare them and all of them were “alive”. Yes I bought live crawfish!!! From other places but half would be dead and seemed like they were about to throw themselves in the water but not these. Them fat boys were fighters (6 escaped, pray for me). Outside of my cooking/ preparing skills these were the BEST CRAWFISH EVER. They were so big and fat that we actually got FULL off of them and had to share with others. I will be back due to the size and price, Customer service was awesome but the crawfish was better.

I really hate to leave such a low rating due to the fact that the crawfish here is so great & at a great price, however the customer service here is beyond lacking. Recently my mom & I went through the drive through & experienced a very rude & disrespectful employee. Before our turn came we noticed the worker tossing customers bags out the door at them and dropping their change! We should have left then. Upon getting to the window the worker just stared at us and as we began ordering rudely interrupted and told us to slow down because they weren’t ready to take our order yet. They continued with an unpleasant attitude ! As we checked our order we noticed an item missing and the server refused to give us a receipt and told us we were holding up their line ( note that on the window it says to check your order before pulling off). I will never come to this place again and support a business that allows their employees to behave in this manner. Service is usually slow here however I don’t usually mind due to the food being good! Again the crawfish here is great but since then we have found another crawfish stand to support due to this unpleasant experience.

I paid $17 for 3 lbs. of small immature crawfish. The tails were so tiny I could barely eat them. Worst crawfish experience ever. Never again.

Great food but POOR SERVICE!!! The guy was too busy changing the next song than making the food it seems. Took over an hour to gwt our food after ordering…. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE RESTAURANT!!
