This is what their kitchen looks like. I’m pretty sure The Health Inspector is going to shut this place down tomorrow. Not one person working in the kitchen has a Food Handlers Safety Certificate and nobody out front has an Alcohol Awareness Card.

The food is acceptable. The service was not. We were there for almost 2 hours, for LUNCH! and when my BLT arrived it has one piece of bacon on it. The kitchen staff was obviously trying to make a statement. Our server was very nice and super apologetic, but man, if they can’t work together as a team, it really affects the customer experience.

They opened strong and I used to be a regular, but the last few times I’ve been here they are, 1. Out of food, or 2. To understaffed to get to you in a timely fashion. The quality has gone downhill fast in the last year. The beer is way overpriced and the kitchen is out of food on a Thursday afternoon. I don’t think I’ll be back. The owners clearly aren’t managing this place well.

It’s a newer restaurant and the couple few in USA parkway area. Their garlic waffle fries, burgers are amazing! And the bison chili was really unique. It gets pretty busy during rush hours. The services are great though!
