Our waiter was great. Went and talked the the chef to help accommodate my food allergies. Food was wonderful. If you don’t like piano music don’t go on the nights they’re playing – it’s loud – they play it over the speaker system. We sat in the back by the windows. Lights on the buildings reflected on the water and it was pretty.

Went there, as we do every year, because it’s 50% off for the birthday person. It has to be on their birthday, staff with check the driver’s license. Food was very tasty! We both had fish as our entrees, and fried calamari for an appetizer.

If I had any suggestions it would be cooking method of steak. I’m not complaining just suggesting maybe a better method to sear in juices and flavor.

The restaurant has a great waterfront view and nice atmosphere. We ordered the Lobster Pasta, Fried Shrimp, Salmon Salad, Grilled Asparagus, and Crispy Broccoli — everything was delicious! The seafood was fresh and the flavors were rich.
It’s a bit salty for us since we usually prefer lighter tastes, but overall it was authentic, flavorful, and a wonderful dining experience.

The service and the atmosphere were excellent. We had Valentine’s Day reservations for 1:00, table of 3, and was sat promptly. Thank you.
However, the food is DEFINITELY overrated. The filet mignons that we all ordered for your Valentine’s Day special might as well have been a Kroger quality sirloin, and the sauce that came with it tasted like A1 Steak Sauce. The steaks were tough and grainy, and not worth anywhere near what you were charging.
The biggest problem for the three of us was that except for the bread, the food was mostly bland. I thought about getting your grilled fish dinners instead, but to be honest, the presentations in the menu looked as unappetizing as the steaks tasted: dry as a bone and came in frozen. (Whether they came in that way or not is beside the point. That’s what they looked like.)
Our bill was $170 (plus a $35 tip) for this experience, so we won’t be back. Again, the service was great, but your chef SERIOUSLY needs to step up his game.

I came here rather late like an hour before close l..just wanted some dessert to go and I grabbed a mocktail at the bar. They were super nice and accommodating..dim lights/grown atmosphere

Great restaurant near downtown. One of my suggestions to visitors especially during the warm months when you can grab a seat along the river. They have great mixed drinks from a Manhattan to a dirty martini. The tuna tartar is a great appetizer. For dinner the sesame tuna and shrimp and scallops with risotto are both excellent choices. Looking forward to my next visit!

This is the ‘go to’ place for my family when we have special occasions, and has been for years …even when the only branch nearby was in Anne Arbor. We were thrilled when Toledo got one, and it’s always been good. Expensive, sure, but it’s one of the few places I’d trust for quality seafood. Service is always lovely, and they have some very good cocktails.
I do recommend reservations on holidays or prime dining times.

Very good! Loved the atmosphere and the food! Our server was very nice and helpful! The blueberry lemonade martini was the best alcoholic beverage I’ve ever had. The location is perfect, since it is right on the water. It wasn’t busy at lunch time at all. Maybe two or three other tables were taken.
