Workers have a horrible attitude and get agitated when you ask for a refill or a straw even though they neglected to give you one to begin with. Staff seems more interested in socializing in the kitchen then making food or taking orders. Don’t waste your time

Ordered a fish sandwich and it was old, cold and dry. Asked them for a fresh one and they said pull around and they would make another for us. Waited 15 minutes before I walked in and spoke to the manager whom finally got us a fresh sandwich.

Unfortunately, my granddaughter wanted McDonald’s chicken nuggets. While I was placing our order, I asked for a milkshake. Of course the machine was not working. The manager who was taking the order proceeded to explain the machine got struck by lightening. The gentleman behind me had come in for a milkshake as well and said he had been to 3 different McDonald’s and none of them had milkshakes available. I made a comment to him that I think it’s a corporation issue with those machines. So he left. We should have walked out as well. The manager proceeded to tell me they are not owned by corporate and it got struck by lightening. I said I’m sure it’s franchised individually, but it’s still an across the board corporate issue with the machines constantly being broke down. She proceeded to argue the point until I asked her to just take our order as my granddaughter was hungry. I ordered the chicken nuggets happy meal and a double cheeseburger meal. I got charged $9 for a cheeseburger meal that the fries were not fresh and the burger was cold. It’s not even about the money. It’s the fact that the workers were playing around the entire time there was a long line at drive thru and a few other people had walked in after us, instead of doing what they were supposed to be doing. This is a management issue. The management definitely needs to be retrained.

Not sure about the food since we never got our food. Stood in the front waiting and they never called our number. After 35 minutes, we asked and they swore they called it and gave us our food. 2 of us were standing st the counter the whole time while the rest (2 adults and 2 children) sat at the back, clearly visible, with no food or drinks. They then basicslly admitted to giving our food to someone else but acted as though it were our fault. Finally we got one manager to give us a refund. We loaded the kids up and went somewhere else. I personally will NEVER step foot in this place again! Customer service has seemingly become the last concern for many McDonald’s. The staff was rude, and not helpful in the least aside from the one person who offered to help after we were given grief by another manager.
