Food was fine. Decent burgers and fries and shake. But the wait time is ridiculous! We waited 45m, on a Tuesday night for 3 burgers, fries and a shake. They did not appear short staffed as I saw a 7 people working behind the counter, and there was not that many people to warrant the wait. The manager seemed a bit aloof to the fact people were waiting so long and more worried about some sprinkles a kid dropped on a picnic table (wiping them up as the kid is still eating. Good thing he didnt do that with my kids!) Will not be returning until they can learn how to push out order in a more reasonable time; if they even last long enough.

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. My family and I got to rayzers at 7:00 an hour and ahalf before they close. While we were waiting almost an hour for our food, they took the corn hole boards away from two young ladies playing, and we’re taking all condiments off the table while we were waiting for our food. The food was not that good at all. Staff was rude and wanted to leave. They started moping and putting chairs up at 7:00. Never again will I go there.

Ordered during Covid over the phone for take out for a family of 5, got lectured on proper way to order. I am not your server. If we were in line ordering each person would order their own meal separately. Just like I ordered my family’s meals. Please don’t lecture me when I am trying to support a local business with overpriced street food.

This is the first review I have ever left on a business bad or good. Now I have a reason cause I have never felt So disrespected. Originally I really liked Rayzor’s but after a couple (3) bad experiences with the staff and owner my feelings have changed. This place has to have the worst customer service I have ever delt with. The first time I changed my order from eat in to Togo and the owner himself came up to me and lectured me on how he pays 30 cents extra for bio degradable boxes. Which is great but no reason to be rude. Then went on to tell me I need to decide whether I’m eating in or not when I pay cause I confused his staff. I received a phone call after ordering and had to pick up the kids from practice so I asked if I could get it Togo . The second time I ordered they got it wrong and I told them that. The kid behind the counter was rude and told me I should have looked at the screen before paying in a snotty tone of voice. I said ya know what you can have the food. As I walked out the owner shouted “ have a nice day” and I walked out without my food. I got home and The Eden police called me and said the owner called and said I am not welcome back. Wasn’t planning on it. If there was a 0 star I’d leave it. I have already called lots of people telling them what happened and apparently I’m not the only one. Rayzors will be out of business before long. Do yourself a favor and go to Eden seafood.
