Sweet Basil Vietnamese Noodle House serves more than just noodles. We went there for dinner and the items we ordered were of great quality. The fire roasted pepper sauce for the wings was truly unique and amazing. The dumplings were fresh and flavorful. My girlfriend said that the koko short ribs was one of the best she has ever tried. Just cooked to perfection. The claypot shrimp was another unique dish and quite delicious. The fresh beignet balls was the perfect way to finish up our dinner. The service here was excellent. Our server was attentive, diligent, and caring. He was extraordinary. The ambiance is nice with high ceilings and cool artwork. Would definitely recommend.

The best dish ordered was the com bo nuong/marinated rib-eye rice bowl. The meat was well seasoned, and nuoc cham/fish sauce complemented it well. Everything else was ok. The pan-fried dumplings (menu stated pan-fried but it looked completely fried) were too greasy, Koko short ribs were too sweet, and the pho was a little bland. I saw a few tables eating boiled crawfish but I didn’t see it on the menu.

I’ve had the seafood ramen, beef pho, and their crawfish spice level 2. I love the ramen, it had shrimp, lobster, scallops, corn, spinach and eggs. The ramen was full of flavor. The pho was okay, I’m not a big fan maybe it’s not for me. Their crawfish os DELICIOUS! Dare I say they have the best flavored crawfish I have ever had. It was lemon citrus tasting with a hint of garlic and the spice was perfect at level 2. Not too spicy but still had heat. The crawfish was also cooked to perfection I didn’t have to fight the shell to get the meat out of the tail.

The wings were amazing! You must try the hot mess fries! My wife had the brisket and oxtail soup and she enjoyed it. I had the famous rolls and a sandwich. The cheese sauce is on point. We will return to the Beaumont location. Very clean and laid back environment the staff was friendly!

They never disappoint! We got some good pho houses in Beaumont.. but for that good ramen.. but his is it! Pho is amazing too, the bonus is also amazing ramen!

I don’t know what was going on in the kitchen. Everyone food was wrong. My corn was not cooked thoroughly. My potatoe was cold. The waiter kept bringing people the wrong thing. Between the cook and waiter it was a disaster. Will not be returning. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Pho meatballs were some of the best I’ve had in a few years. The bao pork belly was quite delicious. The service was great and they just started to serve crawfish and it looked awesome. Can’t wait to come back and try.

We reserved a private room for my fathers 60th birthday. We had about 35 guests. You can order beer or wine from the bar as well. The food is always good but they took very good care of such a large group.
