Waited over 5 minutes to be seated when the restaurant was empty. A customer had to call the waitress and let her know that we were waiting. The waitress did not welcome us in and seemed very grumpy. The drinks were flat, so we paid for the drinks and walked out right away.

I usually like iHop, but today had me irritated. We waited at the hostess stand for almost 10 min before anyone even came out, she then told us it would be 10 minutes but we only waited 2. Our orders were taking in a few minutes, and then we waited 45 minutes without her even checking on us. If there was any mention of delayed times we would had left, but we were on a time limit so by the time se got our food we had about 15 minutes to be gone. I had the chicken fried steak, which was just okay. Barely any gravy and the gravy had sat for so long it was starting to harden and get a film on top. Maybe it was a bad day…who knows.

3 of us went in for breakfast 11;30 AM , the place was not busy . 2 breakfasts cost $38.10 .Our friend tried to pay with the exact amount of cash + tip at the cash register . She was told only your waitress can check you out . So the 3 of us waited . As we waited 5 other people paid their bills & I am sure it was not to their waiter who took the money . But we waited . Finally the third person to who tried to help , said she did not know where our waitress was , but she would check us out . She took our friends cash . I gave her a IHOP gift card , she could not get it to work , so I had to use a credit card . we spent almost as much time trying to check out as we did eating breakfast . We have been going there for years , except during Covid , and have never experienced a mess like this morning . It ruined the breakfast experience for us .

We have gone to this location many times for breakfast. Average service with average taste. We decided to go for breakfast at dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The wait was minimal, the server was attentive and the food was delicious!
