For this IHOP is very convenient very clean and has excellent Waite staff! The food was delicious as usual and dessert was a milkshake To die for. The only problem we ran into was the sun coming through the shade was blinding my mother, so it took about half an hour for that to stop. Other than that, I always love coming here when I visit from out of town.

The lowest rated reviews are like a manual of what happened to my daughter and I.
I first felt as though are waitress needed us to hurry and get out even though hardly anyone was there at 9 am. Along with the fact that we were never checked on until the check was given, shortly after receiving our food I must add. I think it was more important to be by the kitchen shooting the breeze.
The food, oh the food. My daughter loved the pancakes, but the sausage not so much, cold slimey just like mine. Informed the waitress of the sausage she told us she inform the manager, not sure what happened after that if anything. Her bacon was OK, mine not so much. My French toast was OK. Doughy like not cook all the way. My drink, $4.19 for a 8 Oz soda??? WOW.
Over all, very disappointing.
With this review I have no grand illusions that anything will happen but a generic message about being sorry for the experience.
Customer service has died, not much more can be said.

The pancakes never disappoint, staff are very welcoming and do a terrific job on checking in on drinks, food, and if anything else is needed.
Food is always hot and ready fairly quick, and tastes good.
They do a great job decorating for the different holidays too!

Came in for breakfast the day after New Year’s around 9am and the floors were dirty with debris and sticky. The seating in the waiting area was dirty with sticky material and small pieces of trash on the seats. On top of that our table wasn’t cleaned and there was crumbled trash and French fries under our table. The floor was also sticky under the table. It was obvious clean up was rushed or didn’t even occur during the last closing. On top of that staff had very little customer service and just went through the motions whenever we interacted with them. I understand working after a holiday isn’t preferred as well as having to pick up slack from the last shift but as a customer it wasn’t the best experience.

The food is always good and the employees are always very friendly. I have gone to several IHOP restaurants in the area, but this one is my favorite. I will travel to this one even when I am closer to one of the other ones in the area. Of course when I’m done I can walk across the parking lot to Trader Joe’s which is a bonus. This is one of my daughter’s favorite restaurants.

Service was awful, no butter for our food had to wait a bit for creamer for our coffee. Waitress never asked how everything was. Didn’t see if we needed coffee. Told lady at register food was good but service was awful, she said at least u had something good

Worst restaurant EVER!!! Such a shame how much this place has gone downhill. Years ago this place was a well oiled machine, with great service, amazing food and friendly staff, BUT NOW…..Horrible service, food taking over an hour, I have personally witnessed the manager Erica being verbally abusive to her staff and rude to customers. Do yourself a favor and go to Denny’s.

We have gone to this location many times for breakfast. Average service with average taste. We decided to go for breakfast at dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The wait was minimal, the server was attentive and the food was delicious!

I had lunch with two of my Medicare clients to discuss 2025 plans. I tried the Fish and chips for the first time. They were delicious! The fish had the perfect amount of batter, and the fries were crispy and tasty.

Dining in this IHOP is always an enjoyable visit with the team that works in the morning. Especially with Server Christian, he always goes above and beyond with guests that comes in to ensure they feel welcome and get a good experience with great food.
Their food is reasonably priced and comes out fresh with good flavor like any other IHOP but the team here makes it worthwhile to dine here.
