We stopped in while visiting downtown Memphis. I got the Green Love Bomb and my husband got The Professional. Both were super tasty! The service was great! The cashier was friendly and very knowledgeable!

A great self service location to grab a vegan meal. The clerk will heat your food from the refrigerator or you can take the ready made meals to go for heating and eating later. Definitely check out if you’re coming through Memphis for a small bite to eat.

Love Notes for TLC
The vegan items that they offer were just what I needed to cheer myself up. The location was a bit disconcerting due to the foot traffic but it was well worth my efforts. They had a wide range of flavorfully healthful vegan dishes and I would have sampled them all if I had the time and weren’t just passing the area. The service was phenomenal and the dishes were wholesomely nutritious.

I purchased the Yukon Gold Potato Salad and Green Love Bomb juice for lunch today. They both were very delicious and had great flavors. But my best experience was the two young ladies working who were so welcoming and friendly. They were also helpful and knowledgeable about their products. So wonderful to have great service and a yummy lunch!!

I’m a regular at the trucks so I had to visit the new store as soon as they opened downtown. They have all the regular favorites – the best cold-pressed juices, broth and raw meals. But they’ve taken it beyond and added more amazing items – wine to enjoy with curry pecans and olives, coffee with alternative milk options and fresh baked, gluten free, vegan yummies. The staff is so friendly. I love this place even more!

The Acai bowl is delicious. I would rate my experience as one of the best Acai I have tasted. Great selection of juices and a perfect way to start your day

Rawgirls has very helpful awesome associates working there and awesome gluten free and vegan desserts. I got a raw lemon cheesecake #glutenfreevegan and a gluten free vegan sugar cookie. It was all delicious. I also took pictures of other items that are sold there like juices, wellness juice shots, salads, zucchini noodle bowls, mung bean noodle bowls, soups, and more. I look forward to trying something else in the future. It is mostly a cold grab and go situation, but the ladies working there said they could heat up stuff in the back if you request it. The Acai bowls are also made on site fresh, but not available at their food trucks. Some seating is available outside and a couple stools inside. Overall great experience. You do have to pay for parking, since it is in the Memphis downtown area. However, if you find street parking the meter takes a couple quarters and you should be good to grab and go what you want. Everything there is 100% gluten free and vegan, but most items contain nuts so it’s not good for people with nut allergies. They have a couple nut free soups, but cross contamination could be an issue.
