Promoter Named Peanut lied about the cover charge for my guest and I paid for a section. He said cover for my guest would be $20 it ended up being $30. He also said bottle price was $225 when I got there to purchase it was $250. Had to find my bottle girl multiple times and ask for service to try and buy another bottle ended , waited so long because bottle girl was standing around talking instead of helping us out. Ended up waiting at bar to order individual drinks. Wouldn’t recommend this club is very unprofessional. I would have left if I had other options. Wish I could press no stars because they don’t deserve any.

Recently held my birthday party privately in one of Ravens private terraces. I met with the event rep and she said we can arrive an hour early to set up. She also said that due to our entrance being separate from the club entrance, security would redirect my party to the correct door.

I went for a private party; Some arrived 30 minutes early. The bartenders wasn’t open. The food was set up an hour after we arrived with ONE bartender to serve everyone for the entire block of time. It was about a 20 minute wait before the 2nd round of food came out. The wings were overcooked; some were burnt. 1)Have 2 bartenders serve a party of people. 2)Have food ready to serve at the start time.

Came up for Tuesday Naughty Bingo. Had a blast, won a WeVibe (!!!!), didn’t order any food but some folks got a chicken and fish combo that smelled slammin’. Great times, table service was great; she was always two steps ahead of us.

The Cove is a nice quaint spot for intimate parties and celebrations! The staff was easy to work with and very accommodating. Mrs. Theresa was very hospitable and the bartender MVP! Thanks for allowing us to host our party at your great venue.

It’s a okay place but security is always out of control and they cause most of the fights due to them being highly unprofessional and antagonistic…The food is decent, the bottle/ hookah girls are kind weird and will follow you around the club. Some of the other workers that walk around and do table checks aren’t the best customer service wise. And it’s guaranteed to be a fight before the end of the night But the Bartender was pretty cool and the drinks were good

Decent place, the food was good but they forgot the condiments. It take the bartender a while to warm up and be friendly. Very awkward, you’re a bartender. Friendly should be oozing out your pores. The music was great until the DJ started taking shots at the age group that spent $20 to get in. Smh…
