A huge choices of pastry, dessert and latte as well as ice cream and birthday cake. Have place to sit and atmosphere is pretty nice and warm. Staffs are really well service. Highly recommended for anybody who wants a real chill thing to meet friend and study

Excellent coffee and pastries. I got the large breakfast ham and cheese croissant , and a carmel vanilla frap with 2 shots of coffee. The customer service is exceptional. The environment is very welcoming and family oriented. Every Rao’s I’ve been too are all the same. Highly recommend!

Everyone was suggesting this place but sadly I had the worst first impression ever. I needed a really good cake and after I brought home the cake and refrigerated it for 3 hours when I took it out for 20-35 minutes i realized that it’s falling apart FAST. I have friends that make cake and they said that that’s not right take it back and tell them to fix it. I drove 15 mins back to bakery just for the manager to be rude and mean and say that she can’t fix the icing on the cake that fell apart and that it’s my fault because I didn’t refrigerator it when I did. She literally argued with me and wouldn’t let me speak with the owner. This was supposed to be special and this experience ruined the whole day. Don’t recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. I’m literally crying right now because I’m so mad

I went in expecting great coffee. I was disappointed. They reheat from a panini press and microwave. My kolaches were cold in the middle, I couldn’t taste cheese and the sausage didn’t have a good taste. The Frappuccino was all sugar, no coffee taste. The juice tasted bland. The breakfast burrito looked disgusting. One side had egg and the opposite side had beans. Tables were dirty with plates not picked up. Maybe they should stick to just cakes.

Cream cheese frosting is butter and sugar and cream cheese so yes it is pretty much buttercream with cream cheese. No need to be snarky behind the counter and criticizing my inquiries with your coworkers. Keep your opinions about customers preferences to yourself. I DO NOT EAT ANYTHING with BUTTERCREAM or related to it! Doesn’t give you the right to talk about me and my choices. Worst customer service! Disappointing establishment. Can’t even inquire on what they offer.

I went in for a coffee come out with breakfast and a dessert. From the looks of it she really motivated and loves making coffee and really good at it very sweet girl and always laughing and make you feel welcome every time you enter the bakery.

They are always friendly when I go. A few weeks ago my son helped an older lady (80s) by keeping the door open for her as she exited the building, then opened her car for her while she got in. When we walked into the building all the employees were standing there smiling, telling me they watched the whole thing and he tugged on all their heart strings and gave him a free cookie of his choice. This is my go to place for frappes, and strawberry cheesecakes. I’m not a huge fan of cheesecakes but they are the best!!!
