I ❤️ love me some “Randy’s” pizza I feel so bad I didn’t acknowledge Ariana she’s such a sweetheart. Yall go visit next week when the snow clears and say hi and enjoy a slice and drink. The atmosphere is cozy in the winter months. My favorite location because of the employees and the outdoor patio on the side.

Love Randy’s pizza but will not be returning to this location. Came in and waited patiently to be acknowledged to pick up my order, entire staff saw me but said nothing but i assumed they were busy with orders, everyone was moving with the exception of one employee, tall guy with eyeglasses. Another customer of a different race than I walked in and was immediately acknowledged and serviced for their pick up by the one employee who was not doing anything prior yet didn’t service me. I felt very discriminated and hurt by this experience as I’m sure if i didn’t make the face i did after observing their interaction, he still wouldn’t have acknowledged me to pick up my order. I’m not one to complain much because I work in hospitality myself however terrible experience that was done purposely and seemed discriminatory.

My husband was given a hard time by the guy behind the counter. He wouldn’t release our order until it was confirmed on the app because the guy claimed if it’s not confirmed the restaurant doesn’t get their money. We have never had that request from any restaurant when picking up.

We ordered from Randy’s Pizza in past at a different location. Tried this one for a change. Might not ever go back to Randy’s for this. We ordered a large Capone ADD pepperoni. Went to pick up the pizza to find it look very sloppy, cheese missing on part of the whole pizza. When asked all they can say is, yea it happens. Get in the car, look at it again, and there was no pepperoni (that they charged me extra for). When we called them, we were asked what kind of pizza we ordered, and after being put on hold (we were told they were checking to seeif they indeed did forget to put pepperoni on ours, they said they had to make 3 capone pizzas and yes they did forget the topping. Which I already told them that not sure why am putting me on hold to “ask if they indeed forgot” was necessary. Came back and I asked for refund of the topping. The guy on the phone clearly didn’t know how to process a refund. Few moments later he comes on the phone to say he ended up refunding the pizza since he didn’t know how to refund just the topping. Not professional at all. Very disappointing!!!!

Im normally a regular with them but this particular one is not for me anymore. (The young lady) in the FRONT that sometimes takes orders is VERY unpleasant AND rude!! I feel uncomfortable leaving when getting my food prepared..only time they want to correct any issues with no attitude or the laughs in another language, is when Randy himself is in the place. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Randy at his many establishments and he is AWESOME!!! But some of his workers attitudes will bring the PLACE down for sure.

I enjoy their pizza. However, the girl working the cash register is unfriendly/borderline rude if you don’t tip on take-out. Been there twice, same employee taking order, and she didn’t say thank you nor how long the order will take either time.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get lunch when I work in Durham. I haven’t been in about 4 years but I recently stopped by and I was completely dissatisfied with what I ordered I got two slices of pizza for the lunch special and the pizza was paper thin with almost no cheese. The pizza crust was about a stick as a Ritz cracker . This will be my last time at that location.never again!

Food was pretty good. Pizza was solid and the meatball sandwich was good as well. Got charged for garlic oil, and thought that was unnecessary. Otherwise pretty satisfied with the food and the service.

My family and I normally go here, we stop going the first time because everything was salty and subs looked terrible. We decided to give them another try last night after months of not going. I ordered a large cheese pizza and the first pizza had a lot sauce and barely no cheese. Went back to the restaurant for them to remake it and got a pizza that was half done. Will not be coming back to this willing to take that drive the other Randy’s over this mess. Guys in there definitely don’t care

My intro to Randy’s was on Sunday Nov 23. My brother and family ordered three pies while we watched football. I’m a visiting Jersey Guy, and know pizza….and this was some good stuff. The next day I had lunch at Randy’s at TW Alexander & Page Road, and opted for a cold Italian sub….and it was great.
