Please remove these “large” fries bags that bring less than a medium, and bring back the cardboard containers. I would change my rating if you do so. Or at least fill up the bag right. My only complaint.

Ordered Large 5b in drive-thru; 3 pc Chicken Strip with soda and fries, with Honey Mustard. They did not give a receipt, confused my order, questioned me about what I ordered, and eventually gave me a Diet Coke while they argued. I had asked for regular coke, not diet.
I did eventually receive lukewarm chicken strips after waiting in front of the drive thru. Never received my sauce.
Additionally, (and this is likely McDonald’s issue overall and not this location’s specific problem) the chicken strips had large rubbery tendon pieces. Never again. I regret this entire stop and wish I eaten virtually anything else, including gas station hot dogs.
I gave atmosphere 3 stars because the drive-thru was relatively clean.

Employees and manager were really kind, particularly for my daughters. Food quality is normal Mcdonald’s , nothing good or bad but too slow. and sometimes when they are busy, usually at lunchtime, food is not good, less vegetables and bad conditions.

Dont go here if you are in a rush at all. The drive thru consistently has you park in the curbside spots and make you wait 5-10 minutes for your food. And they do this to keep ticket times down so then you get to sit in a spot and wait while you watch people behind you get their food and leave. This is even applicable to mobile orders. Whats the point of ordering ahead of you still have to wait

The 5 minutes it takes to drive to a slightly further location is well worth avoiding the lackluster service and headache this location has to offer. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witness at any McDonald’s I have ever been to. I will make it a point to not return simply based on principle alone.

They took a very very long time which is fine. But then I got my ice cream and they didn’t even mix it. Spoons are not long enough to reach the bottom so you get covered in ice cream. Literally the whole point of the ice cream is it has the candy mixed in. Lazy.

The service times are extremely long, and there is a constant and obvious language barrier.
If you have the ability, I would say go to any other McDonald’s near you, because this one is a constant battle just to get your order through to the servers.

Bought 2 Big Macs. Each one had ONE burger party on it. Supposed Manager Luis said he would refund for one. Need I say more? Laughable.
