I ordered my food online and had not ordered from Panda Express in quite some time. Ordering a small entree, I did not realize that their small was slightly larger than the size of a matchbox. When I picked the food up and saw this, all I wanted to do was upgrade to a medium. I stood in a 15-minute line and asked them to charge me whatever the extra cost was between my two smalls and two medium. I understand they couldn’t take the food back over the counter, so I suggested they fill the mediums halfway full and I would pour the remainder from the matchbox into the medium boxes myself. No one, including the manager, was able to conceive of a way to do this, however. It’s ridiculous. Not only are they cheap, but they don’t trust their own staff enough to have a general merchandise option for situations like this? Haven’t been to this store in a long time and won’t be going back ♀️ staff appeared to be hard working so there’s that, I just assume they haven’t been empowered to solve problems and that’s the owners fault. Food is ok, not near worth what I paid in the end. Pictures is small ala cart for buyers reference.

I ordered the bigger plate, 1/2 fried rice and half chow mein. The noodles and rice were dry, and flavorless. The noodles were much better after I added soy sauce. I got honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, and broccoli beef. I really really liked the chicken, it was crispy and very tasty. The shrimp was alright, it was a little weird and it was less than room temperature and the beef was disgusting. Even the broccoli seemed like it wasn’t cooked all the way. I also bought a root beer but never received it!!

Whoever is the manager and cashier (both female employees) at 9pm on Saturday needs to be mindful of how much they talk at the register not even ringing people up to be on their way. It wasn’t busy and they just kept talking and talking not even acknowledging customers. Even if they were talking about work, they didn’t bother to acknowledge that the customers at all. Not even when they rang up my order, not even eye contact, just kept talking and being hella slow.

Whoever did the noodles messed up big time. They didn’t stir it properly or something because there’s a whole big patch of just plain noodles with no flavoring…. i got a bowl…. I’m beyond disappointed. They’re supposed to be brown with flavor, these are literally plain.

Only because I have to rate if not I wouldn’t even give them one star. All because they like to push people forward without having them follow their food anymore one of our plates came out one entree short. They pushed us out so quick they didnt give me my change. Terrible customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t notice till we made it home. We also dont live close enough to go back and complain. Also, when getting our drinks there were ants on the Dr. Pepper. Panda has definitely lost their quality!!!!

Employees acting like the food they serving is coming out they paychecks. 15-18$ for 1 scoop of everything. They need to pay them more to give out bigger portions? Wack place. Stingy with portions acting nice . Asking for donations just to get tiny portions what a joke. Worst panda I’ve been to .

Clean and fast. Not “authentic” but is that what you go to Panda Express for?
Employees were quick while also not being too curt. Pricing is fair for these days and generally enough to share between two people. Food is not sitting in the woks for hours on end so at least it’s somewhat fresh.

I ordered 4 plates today, the food is Ok, but I found they changed 1.5 more for one plate.
I talked to cashier, she checked and gave me 1.5$ cash back. But didn’t say anything, it’s their fault, why so hard to say sorry.
