The place was very busy and took our meal about 15 minutes to come out of the kitchen. It was a Saturday night, I guess that is expected. The price and portions were right. I had the Mega Philly cheese steak sub and fries. And my friend had the feta cheese salad. I absolutely enjoyed food and she did hers as well! I will definitely be going back.

Ordered a pizza on-line for delivery due to personal time constraints. Specified that there was a pepper allergy & requested pineapple to be substituted. Pizza arrived full of peppers! Called to report the problem & was told they would replace the pizza as ordered, however, our time frame didn’t allow for the substitute. Picked every pepper off that pizza. Very, very disappointing & will NEVER order on-line again!

I ordered a antipasto salad. I ordered from their online service. I specifically asked for Italian dressing but received ranch. I also ordered it with no mushrooms and mushrooms were in the salad. I also asked for red onion and there was none. I don’t think they are paying attention to their orders online. The salad was very tasty otherwise. I also got the spaghetti with meat sauce. It was delicious!!

This is the Philly Cheesesteak I was given at Ramos tonight. There isn’t even 1/4 cup of steak on here. Ramos usually has the best Philly Cheesesteak, clearly not anymore. Extremely disappointed.

Went in to the restaurant to order a pepperoni pizza. Waited inside for it to be done. Got it, ate a piece in my car. It was terrible. It WAS hot but the crust had no flavor and was chewy, there was NO spices in the sauce nor on top of the pizza and even the pepperoni was band. NO, I have not lost my sense of taste. $15.00 for a very bad pizza. Took it home added some spices but still not good. Threw it out and I really can’t afford to do that but it was not edilble. Very sad.

I ordered a half pepperoni pizza and half Hawaiian with the white sauce. On the Hawaiian side pizza sauce on the pepperoni side. The lady helping must have been confused she tried to help. I got half Hawaiian with Alfredo sauce on it instead of white sauce. This was not to tasty and ended up in the trash. This is the first time Ramos has let me down usually it’s always 5 star service.

Do NOT order the Reuben Sandwich! It was for takeout, and when I got home the wife took it out of the bag and it looks nothing like it should be. It was in a Keizer Roll and tasted nothing like a Reuben. They obviously don’t know what they are doing over there. The pizza is really great.
