So I ordered the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich. I called to ask for a refund because it was pitiful looking and not how I ordered it. They said they could refund me, I just need to come into the store with my card and they can do that. The phone call was very pleasant. So I drove back with my sandwich. Showed them what I was talking about and they said this is how it’s supposed to look! Then they said that they cannot offer me a refund because this is what I asked for. The angriest one called the general manager to see if I could be refunded, because this ended up costing me $20. The general manager said absolutely not. That I could have it remade or I could leave. So I did just that.
A note to the general manager, who I know will read this, it’s poor leadership that you put your young and inexperienced workers in such a stressful situation. It’s turned into a bad review online because they aren’t able to make simple decisions like small refunds to maintain clientele. It was three young people dealing with this issue, one who was very heated before I even came back in, who stayed hype the entire time I was telling them what the problem is. Had they not told me to come back for a refund, this wouldn’t have transpired at all. I just wish they would’ve saved me the trip back. I suppose it’s saving me future trips though.
I’ve included pictures. They said this is what it should look like if you order it without the dressing and replace mayonnaise for honey mustard. Mmmmmm, looks delicious!

The hours posted on the door stated they were open until 9:00 pm. We arrived at 8:20, placed our order and then told we couldnt eat in the dining room. I asked why and they very rudely told me the dining room was closed. I asked why the door stated hours were until 9. They clearly didnt care one bit about their Customer or their business. Firehouse change the hours on the door if you don’t want the Business, then locks your doors. I was very displeased with my visit tonight.

Firehouse is generally good. Not sure what story is at this location. Came to dine in for a late lunch around 1:30, not usually a busy time.
No greeting when came in like other locations.
Several employees walking around but no one at counter. Waited 10 minutes at the counter before anyone me acknowledged I was standing here.
Rather than a normal greeting and take my order, they just said they were backed up with online orders and would probably be another 15-20 minutes before they would let me order anything in house and then walked off.
Very weird.
gave a 3 star instead of 1 star as have had good food here in past, but today had to move on down the road to somewhere that actually wanted to have a customer in house

This establishment has screwed up two delivery orders for us over the last year. Both times we placed the order over an hour prior to closing, and both times the delivery drivers said they were waiting on our order over 45 mins. One time the store actually closed and had to unlock the door to hand the order to the delivery person. The second time I got what was supposed to be a meatball sub with NO MEATBALLS! This location’s night crew sucks.

We arrived at 8:15pm after a Sunday church service to eat a meat with family. We were told after ordering and paying for our food that we would not be allowed to eat inside because the lobby was closed. There were no signs or times posted that indicated this. The times on the door indicated that they are open until 9:00pm. The shift manager was argumentative and not accommodating. We will not be back.

I paid $72 for 3 meals and waited 30 minutes while my friends had already got there food and ate, my food was sitting there in a bag while nobody told us then my order was missing items, the young men making sandwiches acted like it was our fault for no knowing. The young lady that rang us up was good, the sandwich making men were terrible. We will not be back, don’t waste your time at this location. We were there Sunday 19 of October.

This location has always been great! We love Firehouse and eat it very regularly. But recently I have been having issues with my online takeout orders. Not sure if it’s new staff or what. We always order from here on the online app. My daughter loves the veggie sub. She gets it very regularly but she always asks for no sauteed onions and peppers and no cheese. But they put it anyways when the ticket clearly says none on both. I did speak to the manager and they offered to remake it. I just didn’t have time to go back and get another sandwich so I just ate it myself and made her something from home. But thank you very much and hopefully my order will be correct next time.

I am new to Firehouse Subs; a very enjoyable experience. This location is very close to our new house in Powell, a wonderful place to live. Mary took my order and Bean made my delicious Tuna sandwich. Mary it’s a good server, very attentive and polite. Bean also was very nice; and this place was busy while I was there.
I bought a bucket for $3 as the funds go to help first responders (Firemen). When I was young I considered being a Fireman but I am very near sighted.
The interior is fun; a great presentation for a sandwich shop. I think kids and adults will love Firehouse Subs.

On 9/14/25 I placed a mobile order for 2 subs. 1 being an Italian and the other club on a sub. I arrived at the establishment 13 minutes prior to pickup time the app told me. I ended up leaving with my order 6-7 minutes after that. My sandwich had very minimal meat and all the incorrect toppings, as so did the other sandwich. Only correct thing on both was the kind of bread. As someone who eats firehouse often, I know things weren’t right. Highschool kids don’t know how to read a ticket or make a sandwich. Won’t make it far in life. I recommend going during the day so it’s not kids that way your order will be fresh and correct.

Very good place and the service was really nice. Personally though for me there is more bread than I like for the price. $14 for a 12 in usually get a lot not meat vs bread. The bread was delicious just a larger portion of the sandwich. They also have a very sweet oil and vinegar topping that I’m not a fan of. These are just my preferences though. If you like these features you’ll love firehouse
