I am new to Firehouse Subs; a very enjoyable experience. This location is very close to our new house in Powell, a wonderful place to live. Mary took my order and Bean made my delicious Tuna sandwich. Mary it’s a good server, very attentive and polite. Bean also was very nice; and this place was busy while I was there.

Unbelievable, i tried to eat here but no one would help me. I walked in and no one was at the register but there were several employees making sandwiches. I stood there for maybe 7 minutes but no one helped me. Then a lady walks in stands next to me and a worker comes from the back and he waits on her. So she cut ahead of me no big deal. He gives her a togo order and takes her money. I am thinking great, now I can order. The whole time I am looking right at him waiting for him to ask me what I want. Then as soon as he finishes with the lady’s order he doesn’t even acknowledge I’m there and walks right to the back again. He did not say a word to me or look at me the whole time. I’m thinking that is rude, is he going to take my order? I wait a few more minutes, he does not come back out and none of the other employees looked at me or acknowledged I was there. I guess they did not want my business, not sure why. Then I just walked out with no food after having wasted at least 15 minutes for nothing. I don’t know why I was treated this way but, firehouse is not a place I will ever visit again.

Went to get some food at 8:27pm, on a Sunday. Online and their window say closes at 9pm. Rude male worker says they are technically closed because they have a lot going on in the back(?). Sounds like they get to close early and get paid to do nothing for 30 mins

Ordered my favorite Firehouse Sub, Brisket & Cheddar, and it was good, but only had about half the amount of brisket as in past. Their recent price increases have been modest, but I would rather pay more than get a subpar sandwich with not enough meat. It wasn’t disappointing enough to consider Subway…but I might look at other options.

What a disappointment.I was so mad when I got home. I ordered a 6″ turkey sub, not toasted, with all their veggies except for onions and hot peppers. It was for my wife who’s dying of cancer and it was the 1st time she had a craving for MONTHS. When I got home the bun was toasted and there was NOTHING but turkey on a TOASTED bun. For almost $10? Are you kidding me? I won’t be back to this place! Good luck eating out…
