As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any place period as far as fast food goes Me and my roommate went there he ordered his food The lady was very rude to him and on top of that was giving us this weary smile only later did I find out about the Fried mushrooms I bought were chicken bits and little pieces from the bottom of the fryer And even when I brought this to their attention they ran away and couldn’t talk to me directly the manager didn’t even talk to me directly she just took the one of the mushrooms I had and got one remade for me and didn’t even give me the dipping sauce it comes with I had to go back for that as well

Every time I have come to this location it has been a good experience overall. Can’t think of any times my order was messed up or treated rudely. Food was good as well. The only place to sit and eat is outside, which is nice when the weather is good and not 100°+

Automated service is honestly the worst, we had to repeat the order 2-3 times and wasn’t even sure if they got it correct. The automated machine also said that they don’t sell ice cream when we asked for the Cheesecake sundae only to find out that they did have some at the window. So we had to wait even LONGER than we already had been. Also not impressed by the way the employees sloppily made the cheesecake sundae it looks like they just crammed it all in there and now I will have the sundae all over my car. Horrible experience.

I was here to pickup for a delivery. I should have canceled! It was a midnight order, it took well over an hour to get food! NO customer service!!! I thought the majority of the order was done and I was just waiting on certain items, not realizing NONE of my order was even started. There was NO communication. 3 ppl working, 1 front, 2 I guess cooking in back??? Overheard convo from worker to customer in front of me, that they hire anyone, the guy that night had no idea what he was doing, that’s why it was taking so long. I will NEVER except another delivery to here!! Lost out on money cause delivery took to long and ppl don’t tip anyway cause everything is drivers fault. After hearing and seeing what happened, I will never eat here! Takes way to long, and I have no idea if these ppl even know how to cook, and again ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Robot prompt is poor. Had to repeat order to cashier multiple times. Was asked to wait “over there” with no direction as to where to park with no one waiting behind us. After getting home the drinks were lacking in syrup and carbonation. Not worth the money.

By far the worst drive through experience ever. I order my food. Am given directions to go park on the side even though there’s no one behind. Waiting for 30 min just to see 5- 8 people receive their food that came in way after me. Also looked like some guy was smoking something while carrying the food

They have 2 drive thru windows. Only 1 works but there isn’t a cone or a sign directing you to the other window. Long line of just sitting in the the wrong line. Food order was wrong in every way possible. Plain burger had everything on it. Ordered with no bun no ketchup-got a bunch with extra ketchup. Staff was really rude when I suggested a note on the broken drive thru side. I will not return

First time going to a rally’s . Don’t know there menu went for the 6 dollar meal came with a burger, popcorn chicken , fries and a soda. Burger was heh! Chicken was good fries also. Will try something different next time.

They have weird intercoms that are not real people, and they don’t work sometimes. I went for the fries, but had the baconzilla . OMG so freaking great! Food is expensive bit worth it!!!
