As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The whole order was wrong. Everything was ordered straight from the menu, nothing special. We had to wait a while which was fine ans they did bring the food to us. The sweet tea was good.

I had to wait a while before the one on the speaker acknowledged me and ask what I would like to order. Then I had to get out of line until/park until my fish order was ready. If I waited any longer my food would’ve drove off but I decided not too and remember that I paid for my meal.

Burger was nowhere near fresh, and the chili dog was ruined by Rallys decision to place ketchup and mustard on a chili dog. Stars came from great customer service from guy at window(Dan maybe), price, and speed.

I asked for the caramel sauce for the funnel cake fries. They poured it on my fries instead of giving me a small dipping container for the caramel sauce. I didn’t realize until I got home and the entire inside of the bag was sticky from all the caramel. Also, they were out of the powdered sugar that goes on the fries.

I have eaten here a couple of times lately. The banana shake is really good. This location it seems mostly only has two people on shift. But they are working their buttons off. My food has been stellar just might have to give them a little extra time. If you’re not happy with the prices please try the app. There are some great deals each month. I have lost trac of all the free items I have gotten.
