As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

To be honest, I never get food from Rally’s, however, when I found out they offer funnel cake fries … I had to try them!! All I can say is AWESOME!! A hidden gem!! Customer service was polite, friendly and my order was delivered w a smile. The fish sandwich was a delicious surprise, too!

Stopped by from a road trip from Texas to grab something to eat was greeted by an extremely rude cashier by the name of “Seleah” at the drive through & she got even ruder as we drove around to the window just rude and giving nasty attitude for no apparent reason. I politely requested a refund because I’m not spending my hard earned money with anybody who lacks basic customer service skills & common courtesy it was truly an embarrassment to the establishment…

Got $1.49 large fry through the app, and they packed the cartoon full of fries. That’s a first, I’ve never seen a cartoon of fires packed that full from anywhere else. Picture below, and that’s after I ate 5 or so fries

The last few trips to this McCain location hasn’t been that great. Food barely warm and really sloppy, I’ve loaded a picture of one of our burgers. It was really sloppy and what do you do. You don’t want to go back through drive thru and wait another 15 mins; just to complain and deal with an attitude? I’ve quit ordering any burgers, the sloppiness and grease equals acid reflux. I order mostly hotdogs now a days.

I love their food, IF it’s fresh, I would say 85% of time it’s hot and fresh. The burgers are great (a little greasy and wouldn’t recommend eating late at night); it may give you stomach pain. Some times it’s worth it tho. The worst thing about this location is the speed of service, Soooo slow. If there is a line when you get there, be prepared to be in a line for a while. Customer service isn’t the best, I know of only two people who run the drive thru that are really nice.

Got my order wrong, cashier couldn’t admit she made a mistake and kept yelling that I asked for what she rang up. Manager wouldn’t give me a refund for cashier over charging even though I pointed it out before paying and receiving the wrong food and the whole place smelled like weed. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

tried ordering 4 burgers but only got 3, luckly only charged for 3 but the burgers were quite cold and barely wrapped when we got them, i had to microwave it.
