As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I drive here from across town because I went to the other Rally’s on Wilder and they were closing in a few minutes. They had already shut down their shake machine though so the milkshake I got was not cold and it was runny. She gave me a second one and it was the same. I’m mad she didn’t give me my money back but even more irritated that all I wanted was a strawberry shake and because it was in my head, the craving wasn’t going away. So I drove to this Rally’s and they were very nice and polite and even apologized for the other store! I got my shake and it was perfect!

Waited for 30 minutes just to get order taken, ordered food and it was wrong not once but 2 times, we ordered the loaded chicken strips and received it plain, ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and it was delivered without the most important thing The Hamburger.

Stopped in today to get myself a rally Burger started eating my sandwich and found a cinnamon tag. Now when I go back to the drive-thru they’re going to look at me like I did it but you can clearly tell it’s from Rally’s and I’m going to ask me if I want a new one it’s a tag for cinnamon not even offered a refund back.
