As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This place is absolutely awful!
Our food was nasty! They didn’t put bacon on mine or my fiances burgers, they put what seemed like bacon bits on it (I ordered a BACONZILLA)! The fries were soggy, my funnel fries didn’t have any powder sugar on them! The employee at the window was not polite at all, he was rather rude and snotty. This place needs shut down or needs staffed by better employees.

Always love my experience with rallys over here on Georgetown st. I honestly hate the automated system and always try to bypass it. Enjoyed my usual bacon lettuce mustard tarter triple onion pickle and cheese sandwich along with the best fries in the world. Can’t wait to go again

Customer service was great. I ate a Ralley’s burger and spicy chicken.They both tasted good. The spicy chicken was truely spicy. I alsobhave tried their monsterella sticks and philly cheese steak bites and i cant wait to go back for more. There was plenty of parking and they weren’t that busy.

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The service was really fast and the employees are always willing to help. It’s refreshing to see so many new faces and old faces work together like a team. They’ve knocked it out of the park I go every week. The food and cheesecake bites are delicious

Was missing part of my order and I called to have it replaced and received the greatest customer service I’ve ever gotten from here. The manager was soooo sweet and very helpful in fixing the issue. Big game changer for me for sure! 10/10

There’s just no words for how often I go back to eat at rallys. It just has that special something to it. Plus they are open come rain, snow or shine. Even during snow storms they will still be open.

Food handlers did not wear gloves, loaded fries were way to salty . As far as atmosphere the two that were in there were to busy with each other. The fella working in there not only didn’t wear gloves but scratched his head. The sandwiches were good.
