Had my 20 year Iraq reunion at Ft Bragg coming from South Mississippi for 4 days with my wife, and our experience at this Bojangles was so good at breakfast that we came back for lunch and breakfast again the next day and then everyday until we left, trying new things I got a Chicken BoBerry Biscuit and OMG, yes, yes, yes indeed. Everything was great including the employees. Dennis was very helpful and friendly and even replaced an order for us that we didn’t even complain about just because he felt like it wasn’t good enough. Great breakfast, great chicken and biscuits, great service. And I also noticed the restaurant was clean and everytime we went in, someone was always cleaning. I definitely recommend this specific Bojangles.

The food was nice and warm and pretty tasty and the store was clean. It was very quiet in the store but it was Sunday so I can understand. The only negative issue I have is the parking lot. The place is surrounded by high end apartments in the parking lot was pretty filthy. Almost changed my mind about going in but glad I did.

I normally come here all the time and receive good service but today i encountered someone very rude, I order my food and pull to the window after i pay she then proceeds to tell me that they are out of bbq sauce Im pretty sure she was aware of that beforehand when i placed my order, didn’t greet us , didn’t give us a bag for our 3 boxes , she also forget that we ordered biscuits so she’s looking at us like we are crazy , she comes back to the window with a blank stare on her face asking if we needed anything else and i proceeded to tell her we didn’t get our biscuits or straws or forks and i had to repeat that at least 3 because she was acting like she couldn’t comprehend the words coming out of my mouth. She was the rudest worker we have ever encountered here at this location , it was a white girl with blond hair working on the drive through on Sunday at 4:50pm February 8th, 2026. Her attitude is disgusting and needs to be fixed immediately, she should also learn to check before she hands out orders.

I guess I should have looked at the reviews before I came to your business. I ordered a steak biscuit for lunch and when I was on my way back to work at 1045, I opened up the biscuit, and it was an egg and cheese and sausage. This is why these people do not deserve to have $15 an hour because they can’t even get the simplest order correct. Did I call the business? No, because they’ll say they’ll replace my order the next time I go back to their business. I will take the loss and never do business with this business.

It seems that each Bojangles restaurant has different prices for the same food! I frequently visit the chain in different locations, and almost ALWAYS order the same dinner; two piece all white with either fries or Mac and cheese, with sweet tea. In several of the locations, I ask for two breasts instead of a breast and wing, and instead of $7.83, they charge me $8.80-.90 something. However, in other locations, they take my wing and charge me $2.60 something for the second breast!!!! Then they give me a decent size breast, and the other looks like a thigh or chicken on a diet!!!! If I am being charged for two breasts; I expect to receive two breasts!!! You pay the extra for breasts because they are supposed to be the largest part of the chicken!!! WHY DO THEY FLIP THROUGH THE SELECTION TO FIND A SMALL BREAST???? This is a picture of what breasts are supposed to look like!! This is from the New drive -thru location. Maybe it takes going to a SMALLER RESTAURANT; TO GET BIGGER CHICKEN!!!!

By far the worst Bojangles I have ever experienced. On this visit I ordered two four piece supreme dinners. One of the dinners only had three Supremes in it and the other dinner had two Supremes and then two chunks about size of a quarter in it. Fry’s was cold and soggy biscuits was more like a hockey puck. And the prior visit before this one I went there to order chicken and was told we don’t have any chicken. I was like okay how long before it’s done cooking no ma’am we don’t have any chicken in the store to cook? WTH,! huh? a chicken place without chicken SMH. Bypass this location here in Fayetteville North Carolina located on Berkeley hall way. Store number 000915. Just go ahead and go on to KFC or Popeyes

I placed an order through door dash my food came cold with 1 bo round. I was literally working a cross the street from Bojangles I could go pick up my food because I was working and we were short staffed. I Very disappointed.

The location got my entire order wrong. I asked for a kids meal chicken wing with fries and a sweet tea large I got a small fry and unsweet tea. Then I ordered 2 4-piece dinners with a large coleslaw and large dirty rice instead of coleslaw, I got mac & cheese and the dirty rice taste like they pour half a pound of salt into it.
