I ordered a turkey, bacon avocado sandwich here last week and the turkey was dry and flavorless. I had to add a bunch of salt and pepper and even then the sandwich had hardly any flavor. I filled out the receipt survey and someone reached out and sent me a $15 credit to try it again. I went back tonight and got the turkey, bacon avocado sandwich and a roast beef sandwich. I asked for extra sauce this time to see if that would give it more flavor. I got home and we were both disappointed with the quality of the sandwiches. The turkey was hard and flavorless again (picture below), and the bacon was stringy. The roast beef sandwich was also very bland. If you’re going to go to kneaders, make sure you go to the Pleasant Grove or Orem locations. Their sandwiches are always great but for whatever reason the Saratoga location always has super bland sandwiches.

This tonight was honestly a joke. I ordered the cheese melt, waited for 15 minutes. When she handed me my food, didn’t put it in a bag and acted annoyed I asked for napkins.. then I look at it, the bread isn’t even toaster let alone grilled, it was dry and broken and had a half of piece of cheese in one section and 1 slice on the other section. I’ve never been so disappointed with kneaders.. I know I will not be going back to this location ever again after this.

Always tastes good. I’m always overwhelmed on what to order because it all looks good! lol. I come through the drive thru every so often to get a fruit tart. Mmm! My latest sandwich had a few unexpected gobs of sauce. I think the menu is slightly confusing. I can’t tell easily which sandwiches have which choices of bread. It varies. So it takes longer to order because I have so many questions. But it always tastes great.

Kneaders is a great little breakfast place. They have a variety of things to choose from. I had the French toast which is all you can eat, but honestly after the two pieces it comes with, you are pretty stuffed. It was a fair amount of sugar on that for early morning, so be cautious of that if you order it.
We went on a Saturday morning and it got really busy around 9:00 am so watch out for that. I would not say it is the greatest set up for large family gatherings (we saw a couple of them try and squeeze in) but works great for parties of four or six.
They had great employees (we had Jay and Abbey help us) that were friendly and prompt at bringing us our food and answered all our questions!
Overall a fun little place for breakfast or lunch.
Oh they have a huge variety of fresh baked goods as well. Honestly you could stop in for even a quick treat!

Exceptional Service from Chloe at Kneaders!
I wanted to take a moment to praise Chloe, who was working the front counter during my visit today. In a world where customer service often feels rushed, Chloe was a fantastic reminder of how a great employee can truly elevate the entire experience.
The line was steady, but Chloe handled every order with impressive efficiency and a genuine, warm smile. She never seemed flustered and managed to make every customer feel acknowledged, even while multi-tasking.
When it was my turn, I was debating between a couple of different sandwich options. Chloe patiently offered her expert opinion, describing the fresh ingredients in the Turkey Avocado on Asiago and even suggesting the best bread pairing. Her knowledge of the menu was excellent, and she clearly takes pride in her recommendations.
She packaged my order perfectly and sincerely thanked me for my business. It’s clear Chloe is a valuable asset to the Kneaders team, embodying the kind of friendly, helpful service that makes me want to return. Give Chloe a raise! She made my quick stop feel like a genuinely pleasant part of my day.

I have loved kneaders for years the service is always very good, kind people who work there. Sadly I feel the prices don’t represent the quality of the food.
The french toast is the only item I can feel okay with buying lately but at this location I have had three long pieces of hair in my food. Within the last 12 months. Very odd.
I wish they would bring back ciabatta bread or a bread that can hold up with my husband and I favorite sandwich. Ham, Chicken cheese.

I recently visited Kneaders in Saratoga Springs, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We arrived at 7 PM and asked about the soups available, only to be told, “Oh, they are all cold.” When I asked why, the employee explained they were getting ready to close. I then asked what time they closed, and he said 10 PM. Three hours early to put soups away? That makes no sense.
Even if this was standard procedure, it should never have been shared with customers in such a dismissive way. The correct response would have been to simply heat up the soup and serve what we ordered, without excuses. Thankfully, after some back-and-forth and consulting with another team member (perhaps a manager), they did agree to heat the soup, but the initial attitude left a bad impression.
This experience highlighted a concerning lack of customer service. It felt like the employee didn’t care about the customer experience and assumed we’d just accept it. Customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business, and this encounter showed how far it can fall short. Hopefully, Kneaders can work on training their staff to prioritize the customer experience and resolve issues more professionally in the future.

This Kneaders has a history of short changing sandwiches on proteins. I’m all for giving places second chances or letting them make it right, but 5 pieces of turkey for an entire massive $12 sandwich is unbelievable. We’ve lived here for 5 years and it just only ever goes well if we dine in. I did an online order, it was NOT busy yet, there’s no excuse for this poor excuse of a sandwich considering how much they charge for it. I’m done giving this place another chance. Don’t go here unless you dine in or you’re just getting NOT sandwiches.

Such a disappointing experience. 4:11pm and it took more than 30 MINUTES! I ordered a TBA sandwich, cup of tomato soup and a hot earl gray tea. Should be fast and easy especially at that time of day. My order was incorrect, Krissie B. and the cook were extremely rude and unhelpful. My soup leaked all over the bag and the sandwich is so soggy it’s not edible. I couldn’t even eat the avocado, turkey, and order ingredients because they used ROTTEN avocado. I could’ve gone inside not knowing where anything was and had it done in under 5 minutes. A smile and a quick I’m really sorry you’re order is taking so long have a free cookie while you wait would’ve gone a long way. Rather than a very last minute as the window closed sorry for the wait. And as a local family owned company I expected more.

Love to go and get breakfast here. Love the French Toast. Syrup is to die for, love the berries and whipped cream that comes with it absolutely delicious. Love the take out on a Saturday, my way of cooking breakfast for my wife.
