The female manager on duty is the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars. She provided prompt service, communicated clearly during a minor delay, and handled it with excellent customer care. Even while training other staff members, she stayed focused on the guests and made sure we were taken care of first.
The food was fresh and hot, and the dining area was cleaned right when it needed attention.

We order the box meals which we love. Chicken is always nice and soft and with the cane sauce makes it tastey. Fries is cooked perfectly which i appreciate. I throughly enjoy the tea!! It is so good. I have it with a little Dr Pepper and pebble ice. This restaurant gets it right everytime.

Had a fantastic time visiting this location. We were immediately greeted as we entered and were promptly helped. The sweet and unsweet tea were both fresh and outstanding! The tinders and fries were crisp and hot while the slaw was cold and the perfect crunch. Cane’s sauce is always a must! Will be back!

hecking LOVE this Raisin’ Canes spot here! This my favorite spot on island for 2 reasons, the amazing food and customer service. I love getting me some Box Combo with extra fries and canes sauce! There was also this worker there and she was so kind to me! Didn’t get her name but her service skills were definitely the best!

The experience was AWESOME!
No line, menu is small, cashier was nice and helpful, quick to take my order.
Bathrooms are clean, single person.
The wait wasn’t tremendously long, but as long as we did wait, it was totally worth it.
Ordered the Caniac combo and the sandwich combo.
Whenever you eat fried foods, you gotta eat them fresh, they’re the best when fresh. Cannot explain the tasty, the breading was super crispy, but not enough to cut the roof of my mouth. Fries are crinkle cut, crispy outside soft inside.
They have a fountain machine that gives those cute small cubed ice that is super easy to eat. They also have three different teas, ketchup machine, ketchup cups, straws, lids, salt, pepper, napkins, forks! Like how Wendy’s used to have them. Don’t get me wrong, I love these self serve items.
I would totally come back here again and eat in. ( ˘ ³˘)
If you have the chance, eat in at a not super busy time.

I went here the other day because I was feeling very sad and hungry. When I got my food at the counter, an employee named Marlaina was very kind and nice. She noticed that I was feeling down and asked if I was okay. We had small talk and she hoped that things would get better for me. Best and kindest employee out there!
