We were here two years ago, and the coffee was so good. We went back the very next day. Actually scheduled our trip to capital reef to coincide with the days that they were open. their espresso is so crisp and clean with no bitterness or aftertaste. Their Americanos are delicious. If you really want a special treat the dark sky Frappe’ is the delight to the mouth!!!
The owner, her husband, and daughter are all so friendly and helpful. This place is a must stop, we go out of our way to come each time we’re in Utah.

Wow—just WOW! This spot is the cutest little gem and the coffee is absolutely next level—solid 5 stars. And the breakfast burritos? Homemade, HUGE, and insanely delicious. If you’re cruising through Torrey, this place is a must-stop—you won’t regret it!

Honestly, this isn’t five stars for the location, this is five stars. Have one of their coffee frappes and you’ll never get a Starbucks frapaccino again. The cold brew? WAY better than most (and I make my own). The folks running the shop are incredibly friendly and the location is about as adorable as you could ask for.
Driving between Bryce and Moab? This is an absolute must stop. I can’t imagine fueling my drive another way. One of the best independent coffee shops I can remember going to. DO NOT MISS!

Stopped by to get our morning drinks. I got a white mocha hot latte and it was amazing!!! Very tasty. My husband said the drop was wonderful. The kids got hot cocoa and were very happy. The cutest ladies were working and super sweet and very helpful. Definitely make a stop.

Loved everything about Dark Sky Coffee. By far our favorite coffee shop during our two week trip. Delicious and super cold drinks. What made us love it even more was Tristan, the owner! So sweet, friendly, totally enjoyed our great chats during our stops! ( We’ll forever be remembered as the lint fire starter couple-who knew when the emergency kit would come in handy ). Best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had! Such a great stop in Torrey when we were visiting Capitol Reef National Park! Great service and so close to the park. We went three times within our short visit there.

Friendly and fast service, really cute and easy to access from the main road in Torrey. Perfect for grab and go on the way through town or just a quick bite, plenty of seating in the lot as well. Bigger menu than I was expecting including cold brew and iced coffee which was promising and the cold brew itself was good standard coffee.

I’ve been to so many coffee shops and this one is my all time favorite.
The people are so genuine, Funny, and down to earth. And the coffee is delicious! I always order the vanilla frappe with caramel drizzle and it tastes amazing with oat milk or regular milk.

This was soooo good! I’d give it 6 stars if I could. We ordered the white chocolate mocha and the dark sky frappe (which was described to us as “happiness in a cup” and truly lived up to its expectation). Both drinks were amazing so we came for a second round the same day for a huckleberry shake which was great as well!!!
