This raising Cane‘s just opened up in Riverbank. And this was our first time going to this location so we didn’t want to do the drive-in. We wanted to go in and see the restaurant. It was a good experience even though the staff was new they were friendly And it only took a few minutes for us to get our order you ordered at the counter and then went and had a seat and they called our name. There is soda machines so you can get unlimited soda and seating inside and out. I’m glad we have a canes in Riverbank because the one in Modesto is a bit of a drive from my house. I tried the naked chicken fingers and this was my first time doing it. I wanted to try to eat a little healthier and it was a nice option.

My overall experience from the new location is very well put together. It was staffed adequately.
And as always I like to give a shout out to an employee that stood out his name is Tyce. Very friendly, and was very understanding since I’m hard of hearing. Young man has a good speaking voice and I could hear him over all the noise. He made sure we got our order and even had a funny compliment to the name I picked for my order. I found a very respectful. The rest of the employees I noticed were checking on people at their table even to make sure everything was to their satisfaction. They went a little bit above and beyond to make the new restaurant and experience that I hope will continue. I’ll be posting pictures soon, I have to blow out faces it was pretty crowded but not too bad. We got to eat in too quick.

First and last time eating at Raising Canes chicken. The food taste was ok but got sick within a few hours of eating it. I checked other reviews and found that I wasn’t the only one that had this experience. I also checked the ingredients and the way it’s prepared, this extremely unhealthy food. I find it hard to believe it is so popular. This food is made for taste only and not nutrition. Do yourself a favor and stay away from.

Only only only reason why this is a 2 star review was because of the person outside who took my order had a great attitude. She had a smile on her face and was greatful to have a job. The chicken tenders I received we the TINIEST TENDERS IVE EVER PAID FOR. I should ask for my money back because I received 1.5 tenders at most and I swear the bread slice in there was larger then the chicken. Will not return unless someone offers me a re do of my order to try and earn my business back.

::::::::::::::::BEWARE OF MANAGER DIANA!! HORRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM::::::::::::

Received my meal Sunday night 9:20pm

This location is new so i seen 7 cars ahead of me and knew it might be a min till i get my food.
Took close to 20 min for the food arrival which my 3-finger meal was COLD. Tenders undercooked and soggy. Fries cold Texas Toast cold.

To make matters worse i noticed my checking acct two days later and my bank statment said i was charged $40.31 for my meal. It was weird i got the right meal i ordered but was charged $40.31 This was prob my fault for not checking the receipt or my mobile wells fargo app at that moment, but i was hungry! My bad!!!!!!!!! smh

Called Canes Tuesday and Spoke To DIANA (MANAGER) She couldn’t find my order though she went through the log for several min then states if it’s been over two days i’ll need to call corporate. I said ok that’s fine but was trying to give her feed back on the service and person who handed me my food. That’s when she got triggered raised her voice cut me off continuously and then proceeded to hang up on me.

So I went to Canes after that so that i could talk to her manager and give them some feedback on DIANA as it is clear as daylight DIANA needs coaching on how to conduct herself in these situations. Her behavior and response is unacceptable here in Riverbank.

Requesting a higher manager contact me back and i will be contacting Corporate as well to file this complaint on this “Manager”

It’s your basic chicken sandwich & chicken tender place ! What makes this place unique is the SAUCE ! The sauce is one of a kind ! I can’t really say to much on the atmosphere, only because we hit the drive through ! There Texas toast is always a hit too !

I ordered two box combos. Both boxes had soggy and flavorless bread. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. One box combo had overly salty fries, while the other box was fine. The chicken was moist, but the batter was nothing to rave about. I thought it would be much more crispy. One chicken finger tasted like perfume/soap, so I’m not sure what was up with that. I have a family member who worked at Cane’s, and they said the food from this location wasn’t prepared well. If anyone knows how it should be done, it’s them. We won’t be returning.

Ordered ahead for pick up. Food was ready when I arrived and it was easy to collect it. Overall the meal (standard box) was good with good portions. I would get it again.

Amazing chicken fingers and love the Cane sauce.

However, Raising Canes has decided to sponsor the CIF, which allows biological boys to compete against girls in high school sports. So unfortunately I can not give Raising Canes another cent of my money because our family does not share the same values as their company has decided to get behind.

I hope that Raising Canes eventually decides that helping to fund the CIF is not in their best interests for business, because supporting an organization that supports gender madness does not align with most Americans families values!
