The chicken fingers were incredibly juicy and perfectly cooked, and the toast was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and created such a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere.

The parking was easy and convenient, and the surrounding area felt clean and pleasant as well.

Canes is a highly recommended spot for chicken tender lovers. After hearing so many recommendations, I finally tried out the new location, and I was quite satisfied. Although the service was average due to the crowd and wait time, the staff was friendly. There was a small issue with my order as I requested to dine in, but they gave it to me to-go. I understand, though, considering the high customer volume and their effort to serve quickly.

As for the food, it was definitely worth it. The bread is soft and flavorful, and the sauce is the perfect complement to each bite. The fries are cooked just right, without too much salt, and the coleslaw has a pleasant taste. The chicken tenders were the true highlight: the chicken is juicy, with a tasty breading, and it’s even better when combined with the sauce. Although I missed a bit of spiciness (which is not part of their concept), I really enjoyed the experience.

For those looking for a larger portion, I recommend the six-piece option, as the box combo can feel a bit small. Overall, Canes has won a new customer, and I’ll definitely be back.

Fried chicken fingers from Cane’s is probably about as good as it gets around here. Been to this location multiple times but this last time I came by to pick up some food, multiple pieces of chicken were dry and plain hard to chew, taking from the usual experience of juicy chicken pieces as usual. Don’t know if it was a one time thing or its been like this lately – After all, its probably been 4 or 5 months since I’ve been here. Otherwise, food has been good and had fast service, even with 20 cars in front of me in line.

The only thing I can compare it to is In-N-Out for chicken strips.
My son came home with some leftover raising Cane’s and just for fun, I’d have a bite or two. I ended up eating everything. Crinkle cut french fries and all.
My biggest complaint with chicken strips is that I’ve become much pickier and can taste when something is fried, frozen and then refried.
The very first thing that I noticed is that it tasted like somebody cut chicken breasts, right there in the restaurant, battered them by hand, and cook them within minutes of serving. It was actually fresh tasting.
I went through the drive-thru after eating what my son brought home and they had the efficiency of In-N-Out at the drive-thru. The food came out, fast and hot. That’s the only way to describe it. I think they serve Frank’s hot sauce with the chicken strips.
My only complaint is that they’re all the way in Hayward. I really hope they put a location out here in Contra Costa County.

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at Raising Cane’s.

I placed a large order for a work holiday party and sent an employee to pick it up, driving from Menlo Park to Hayward. When he arrived, he was handed one bag of food. He explicitly asked, “Is this all?” and was told yes. Trusting that response, he drove all the way back to our office.

Once we opened the bag, we discovered there were no chicken fingers included at all, which is essentially the entire point of Cane’s. I immediately contacted the store and was met with zero apology, zero accountability, and zero attempt to make things right. Instead, I was spoken to by a rude manager who claimed they told my employee there was an additional bag. This is a lie and, as it turns out, lying became a pattern.

Because of their mistake, I had to send my employee back from Menlo Park to Hayward again to retrieve the missing food. When he arrived, the same manager then claimed that I had told her we received Cane’s sauce. This is also a lie. We did not receive Cane’s sauce and I never told her that we did.

I asked my team member to request that the manager speak to me directly. Not only did she refuse, she walked away from him, leaving him standing there with no explanation, no apology, and no resolution. No remorse. No professionalism. No customer service whatsoever.

I have never experienced such shockingly unprofessional behavior from a restaurant, especially one handling a large catering-style order. This was careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will absolutely be filing a chargeback for this order and I will never do business with this location again.

Avoid this establishment if you value basic competence or customer service.

My son loves Raising Cane’s Chicken food. He shares some French Flies which are really good taste. My son recommends “The Caniac Combo” which is over $20 but you will be super full on your stomach according to my son.
However, the location is not close to my home. I hope Raising Cane’s Chicken are going to open more in Bay Area.

If you are a fan of chicken tenders, definitely try this place out. Perfectly cooked tenders with just the right amount of breading, juicy and moist on the inside. The sauce was good but nothing amazing. Fries to my preference just needed a pinch more salt.

Pickup area gets crowded from people ordering. Layout sucks but Great chicken, 3 out of 6 tenders had lots of veins and were tough. The fries were over salted. they also gate keep the lemonade and charge extra for it. Not sure I want to come back.

The place was packed. We waited for about 30 minutes. The food was warm, but it was pricey. The chicken tasted fresh, and it was not dry at all. The salsa was too leminie tasty, and their ice tea was good. They have EV charge stations, too. It looked clean despite all the people in the restaurant. Recommend it.

Stopped by this spot for a quick bite and was impressed by the simplicity of the menu—just chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the signature Cane’s Sauce added a nice tangy kick. Fries were crinkle-cut and cooked to perfection. Service was fast and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively, though seating was a bit limited during peak hours. Overall, a great place for a satisfying meal if you’re a chicken lover.
