Always awesome meeting here when you need a meal for a big family. We always order a tailgate meal with french fries and toast and it’s much more affordable and quicker than any other place around.

love the chicken here. one of the only restaurants that serve Sweet Tea and not raspberry sweetened tea… chicken is always good, usually fast service. just wish they’d give more than 3 packets of hot sauce

Always worth the drive from the South Bay to Santee. Make sure to try their house made honey mustard! I’m so excited for their branch in Chula Vista! I always get the box combo, substitute cole slaw for extra fries.

I was really disappointed with my last visit. I mean there are very limited items on the menu, so it should be done well. Chicken was MUCH smaller pieces from the last time. Smaller bread slice. The price was stunning. The 6 piece meal was almost $19. What?!? Not going back for at that price for chicken tenders and french fries. Not that impressive.

This was sad. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to put a gut that can’t really talk in the front. Got my food only to see the drink they gave me was not what I ordered and not full.

Delicious food as always. Staff are always happy and nice and it seems very laid back and chill. Drive-thru lines are super long as usual, dine in is always the best. And, Post Malone cup!

My family and I made an online order for pickup at the Cuyamaca location on 3/2/2023. Raising Cane’s website stated pickup time for our order was at 6:32pm. Raising Cane’s sent an order confirmation email with instructions to “enter the dining room and pickup our mobile order.” When we arrived at 6:32pm to pickup our meal, a polite employee notified me that it was being prepared and they would bring it to us as we waited in the dining room. At 6:55pm, more than 20 minutes later, I saw our order placed on a rack for mobile pickup. As I proceeded to get our meals, like other patrons did, Cassie (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly as she was not wearing a name tag), the store manager, began berating me for getting my own meal and crossing a non-visible line which placed me too close to her employees. While I applaud all managers who try to keep their employees safe, there was never a visible line that I crossed nor signage that stated that patrons were not allowed to get their own mobile orders. Furthermore, Cassie could have asked professionally to help me get my order instead of being verbally abrasive and raising her voice. To be clear, the rack wasn’t in a back area, the rack was next to the front counter. Because of Cassie’s extremely unprofessional behavior we will not be going to this location again. It is possible that Cassie was having a rough night which led to her outburst so I strongly encourage Cassie to revisit how to act professionally and courteous to customers. I also suggest that the mobile order rack be moved OR signage and a visible line be placed that clearly communicate that employees will get mobile orders for customers. That will help customers like me to follow the proper restaurant protocols. As for our food, while the toast and fries were hot and fresh, our chicken was cold and dry. I DO NOT recommend visiting this location due to leadership’s unprofessional behavior, long wait times, and poor food (chicken) quality.

One of the silliest things is I asked for sauce on the fries, if it weren’t a “standard” to not do that, it’d be amazing, I’m more than willing to pay for that as an option, and I know it’s possible. Otherwise 3ps were off a bit, but tastes great. Manager gave an extra sauce since his manager said no.

We always do drive thru so we can’t really rate atmosphere per se, but the drive thru people are always fun to talk to. The chicken is always great and we always know what we are getting at Cane’s. They never disappoint. If you’ve never tried, do so. You won’t be sorry!
