The place is clean, but they had customers leaning around the glass ordering, I came in with an online order, and was told it wasn’t ready, they then proceeded to take multiple orders. So why even order online? It would’ve been faster to walk in.

Went to Subway for the first time in years because of their current offer (6.99 6in meal, +$3 for footlong.) Didn’t realize until I got home that they insanely overcharged me. $16?? I got the footlong meal. Should be 9.99+tax… And the sandwich is pretty much inedible, toasted beyond belief that it’s hard as a rock and falling apart. I can’t notice this while they’re making it, but they definitely should. I’d love my money back, this is ridiculous. Horrible experience.

The most stale bread imaginable. It was obviously stale and the employee still used it to make my sandwich. It was dry, crumby and I had to pull the top piece off and scrape out the tuna and cheese. It wasn’t the first time this has happened. The first time at this location and this happened. Why?!? Bread is supposed to be “baked fresh”… Corporate greed strikes again.
