The food was good! However the customer service was interesting. The guy helping me kept talking about his personal problems and talking to his other co workers. Then a customer came in and no one even noticed her they were all around the soda machine. I even try to get their attention to tell them and they didn’t hear me. So she got upset and left. Rightfully so. Nobody was rude just unprofessional.

I came into Subway to get a salad.I visited Subway on August 6th.There was a fly In the container where the meat was. The associate was not aware. I showed him where the fly was and he continued to ask how he could assist me. Not once did he change any of the food out Due to the fly being in there.This is nasty and very unsanitary.

The workers today did an amazing job. They were busy and a customer was being rude and they still maintained their kindness. Then there was a lady in a wheelchair that needed help and one carried her food to the vehicle for her. There needs to be more people like them.

My mother came in & they didn’t know she was my mom while I worked there. She said employees that worked there but weren’t working cut her in line. Then they made her feel like they were getting rid of her than making her a nice sandwich. She said they were acting ghetto, and we’re not being verbally rude by their attitude was rude.

I work right around the corner from Walmart so it is not uncommon for me to spend my lunch often in the store. I have been there for about the last couple weeks with all the Holidays and necessities of the Holidays. I have stopped by several types times asking there is any soup. Regardless if its a big deal or not they have had NONE! I could see one or 2 days, hell maybe even a hot day. But all the time you’re out. Feel free to take it of the menu. In these cold days, don’t expect to get any either! Just a little disappointed. That’s all!

This subway inside walmart is one of the best locations. Their veggies are always fresh and tasty. The manager, named Taylor, I believe, is one of the best I’ve come across. Very attentive and a hard worker. I enjoyed my lunch here today.

Wack. Asked the staff to make a chicken wrap just how it’s recommended (or at least what the picture shows). They were clueless, didn’t even try to replicate,and just told me that they don’t know how to do that and that I should make it how I want…so I told them again that I wanted it how the picture looked and they didn’t even attempt.

This location beats most around Tacoma/Lakewood for friendly prompt service and no skimping on product toppings. The mountain side wall mural and separate dining room make this a great choice for team building employee luncheons. Always a clean dining room and well stocked chip choices. If I had to give a negative, it would only be that they sell out of their cookies frequently 🙂
