I went in for lunch last week after running errands and it was a pretty decent experience overall. The place was clean, nothing fancy, but comfortable enough to sit and eat without feeling rushed. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and the fries were hot and fresh, which I apreciate because that’s not always the case at fast food spots. The staff seemed young but polite, and they got my order right the first time. It did take a few extra minutes, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal. For a quick bite that doesn’t cost too much, it’s a solid option and I’d probably come back again.

First time ever! My wife and I stopped in to try this place out. We’re from GA and don’t have any near where we live. We arrived shortly after open, and there were already people eating. It was super friendly service, the staff did an amazing job there. The checkout process is quick, not a whole lot of options, so it’s easy to figure out what you want. My wife and I both got the plate so we could try out the coleslaw. Which was my least favorite thing we had. The chicken was moist, crisp, and tasty. Fries were basic but cooked to perfection. This place has a cool atmosphere about it and the food was great. I’d recommend it to anyone who likes chicken, and we will definitely be back.

A great crew runs this restaurant!
Tonight I met Tim whom is a manager for the Maple street location. Tim was very personal to every one of his customers, and it was immediately obvious to us he is very dedicated to his career, and in turn surely does a great job helping leading his Team.
Steven came to visit us and he was a pleasure to visit with. He is a natural at making customers feel welcome right away. I always say surround yourself with great people, and so far I’ve gotten the impression that this location does just that.
On our initial arrival we saw a table being exited that we really wanted. It was a corner booth that would be perfect so as to corral the kids.
So, after asking Tim if we could get it cleaned off; an employee named Justice was quick to clean the recently vacated table. Justice was super nice and carried himself as a positive person.
What a great table it was! It was even large enough for my tribe!
There were many workers present that sadly I didn’t catch the names of, but I can say they all worked exceptionally well together.
The location was very clean including the restrooms which I highly prioritize in a food establishment. Working in this industry when I was younger I learned that restrooms are indicative of what the public doesn’t see behind the scenes.
Our food was hot, fresh, and quick overall for 9 meals. I liked the neat presentation that was done right.
Look at the chicken I tore apart glistening in the picture! It was so hot and moist. I believe that the prices are reasonable considering the quality of food I have received in comparison to competitors.
Two Thumbs up for a great atmosphere made possible by a bunch of great people who show compassion, take ownership of quality customer service, and simply know how to make excellent food!

5/1/25: went through the drive thru, ordered 6 box combos w no slaw, extra fries. The amount of fries that was put in the boxes was ridiculous and the size of the tenders was a disappointment. I used to like coming to Raising Cane’s as a treat for the family, but anymore – it’s just not worth the cost. For over $75, I expect the full order at minimum! Had I been inside the restaurant, I would have taken the meals right back up to the counter. Perhaps that’s why they do this to the drive thru people…. hoping they don’t complain.

Raising Cane’s is always my go-to spot for a quick bite. It’s filling, and I love that they stay open until 2 a.m. When I’m at school super late, I know I can always count on Cane’s for a satisfying meal!
My go-to order is the box combo, no coleslaw, extra toast (the toast is fire), and a lemonade with less ice.

My kids love the cane’s sauce of course. Chicken tasted great and fresh. I love the toast, I always switch out the coleslaw for toast.

The service was great and pleasant. Chicken fingers was good. I asked for just an inch of lemonade to taste so I would know if I should order them in the future and was given a nice sample.
This place was clean and workers were very professional.

They charge for extra sauce yet never give it to you. Their food sucks without sauce so it’s annoying especially when you pay extra for extra sauce.
