duphree was a wonderful waitress for us 😀 very kind and very attentive. i watched a family of 6 or so leave a huge mess and a waitress came by immediately and cleaned it all up within 5 minutes or less. clearly all of the staff is trained very well! we had a wonderful night out, and got more than expected for how little we paid. again, simply wonderful!

Love it! It’s been awhile since we’ve been to chili’s and I’m glad we picked this place to eat. Service was great, atmosphere was calming and the food was absolutely delicious! We got mozzarella sticks to start off then I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger, my dad got the fajitas and my little sister got the chicken strips! I also got a Texas lemonade it was so good!

We went on the 17th around 1 and our service was terrible!! My chicken was rubbery and our waitress didn’t even act like she wanted to serve us! We didn’t get any refills and when the manager came by he made it seem like I was complaining for no reason. His exact words were, “hmmm nobody else has complained about the chicken”. He did take it off and after that we didn’t see our waitress anymore and we still had food to pack up. The Host was the nicest one there. He also got us to go boxes. It was a horrible experience.

I recommend Chillies because the managers go out of their way to fix any issues the customer may have had. The general manager didn’t charge me for extra hot sauce on a previouse to go order as a courtesy. This time, I was over charged on my order, and the restaurant manager Jessica went out of her way to literally chase me down to give me back my money for my order. She went looking for me in the parking lot asking customers if they were me, until she found me. Now that is customer service! You can be assured that they will make it right.

Showed up to eat out with my family and as soon as we were seated the waitress had a snarky little attitude with me. Was asking about a beer and what they had and she responded with short snarky responses. Like I should already know what’s on tap what they got on bottle! Best believe i picked up and left! The greeter was polite. The waitress sucked! Guess we’ll try counter next time. Will not be going back to i40 Chiles!

It had been a long time since I have been here and now I know why. The food is ok but the service really lags behind. Not the waitress fault they just can’t get the food out if the kitchen. Even the managers get kinda snappy at the customers.
