I was visiting some family up in Minnesota and passed through here for lunch. I’m not normally a huge Cane’s fan, but I could see it from the highway and I was hungry. I stopped in at the drive thru, and the woman taking my order was pleasant, but I was even more surprised by the cashier, Chandler. He was super professional, super kind, and incredibly friendly. Amazing service, and if I’m ever back up from Kansas City, I’ll be sure to pass through here again for the friendly service and great food.

Def has gone downhill. Portions are terrible. Ordered a 3 finger combo and only got like 11 fries! It looked like a kids meal. I use to love canes but the amount of money I spend for the amount of food I get doesn’t seem worth it to me. Sucks but I Prob won’t be getting it anymore. Employees are nice though and there’s never really a long wait in the drive thru.

I went to canes Sunday afternoon. I paid with some cash and rest on my debit card. The young Spanish lady took my card and hand me my drinks and food and never return my card. I thought you are to give the card back immediately before the food. I call the restaurant and they stated the card was there and the wouldn’t comp any thing for my time. The manager was rude then hung up on me. I won’t be back here and I suggested you don’t give your card to them.. horrible customer in drive through

The staff is very incompetent,
I’m not sure if they have bad headphones or if the kitchen is sloppy and careless, but I think it boils down to management must be very incompetent in their training and or they’re hiring.
Franchise owner, I would look into this location.
I try to give you 6/7 eighth chances to try to do better thinking that you only have one thing you sell is chicken. How hard is that to mess up.
I tell all my friends to never come to this location even if no one’s in the drive-through.
Had not come back to those location for months as they could never get my order right when they only serve chicken tenders fries and sometimes the chicken is between bread so I don’t know how they messed up my order.
Today when taking my order, the worker read back to me that I wanted no slaw extra fries somehow put extra toast then when I was paying for it the cashier right off and I tried to correct them that I needed extra fries not extra toast for the no slaw They remove the extra and just put the slaw back. This was after waiting 20 minutes after ordering my food so close to 25 minutes in total for them to mess up my order.

Such slow service. I look and there’s five people standing around talking to each other. They say it’s going to take a couple of minutes. For two chicken fingers? That’s all you sell. Too bad I won’t be coming here very much.
