Got the new cheesy bite pizzas as I wanted to try it. I ordered for carry out. I’ve always found the inside of the place very nice for seating, it was empty when I went in.
When I reached the checkout line, the guy who asked me for the name of the order, looked me up and proceeds to ask his colleague if my order was ready which she ignored as she was too busy with her headphones on and smiling at her phone.
Otherwise, the pizza was good!

If I paid online why does it force me at store to tip or no tip? It only a hassle for people to have to deal with. The employee gave me a side eye and grill when I pick no tip. That’s only a small portion of the issue. The main issue is the employee is cashier and pizza maker and he don’t use gloves or wash hand after handling money, scratching his face and facial hair. He literally touch money, scratching his head and beard and touched my pizza.
I’m disgusted because I don’t know what he touched with those hand and if he even washed his hand at all before making the pizza.

To start off I called the store to place my order the guy (Wesley) who took my order was rude, I asked him to repeat it back to me an he said it was going to be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there Wesley was not there anymore and the G.M Sara was she noticed my order was wrong and she informed me that my order was being remade. She offered the pizza that had the wrong toppings for free and a 2 liter for the extra wait time. I have been coming here for 10 years and no other G.M has treated me like a human, with respect and especially like I was apart of her family. Please don’t ever get rid of Sara she has changed this entire building for the good. 5 stars for food taste, 10 stars for customer service 5 stars for everything else. Sara definitely needs a raise..

I had the most best service i have ever had at this pizza hut, the young lady who I found out was actually the general manager Sarah was so sweet an she made sure my food was properly made because I have some food allergies. I was sitting down eating my food when I happened to over hear her co worker asking her if she was ok .. this poor worker was crying because her boss had yelled at her and it was done in a way that is so unprofessional, calling her names and making her feel unworthy. From everything I have seen from her she is a hard worker she was keeping busy creating every single customer that walked in the door, saying have a good day to everyone who was leaving . I really hope this review is seen by her boss an his boss . No worker should ever be treated or spoken to that way. An as for me I’m telling you that miss SARAH you are a very hard worker an a extremely dedicated worker and I hope this doesn’t change how you do your job. Shame on the boss for treating his worker like that. An if it was not for miss Sarah working there I would never return..

I particularly dont like writing negative reviews, but man I only give them 1 star because the cinnamon stick were actually good.
I usually dont order Pizza Hut, but I have to admit that I do enjoy their stuff crust pizzas. I will never order from this place, this is the second time in less than 30 Days that they sent me a pizza that is not fully baked.

I don’t know what is going on in methuen pizza hut this guy joelsin has no idea what he is doing. He has absolutely no idea how to run a restaurant, he is very rude to the customers and extremely rude to the employees that are working. He is handling food with no gloves on, no hair net on ,Wearing a winter jacket while making food … I heard 3 customers walking out saying they just got their orders for free so he is not even charging people for food and I just saw employees walk out and quit. Yet I’m still waiting for my order to be done when it says it is ready on my app.. I don’t know what happened to Sarah but they need her back here now.. at least she knows how to treat her customers and employees and she wears gloves and a hair net while making food… Joelsin needs to be let go just for the fact he has rings on an NOT wearing any gloves while making food . NASTY board of health should be called here ASAP… Horrible horrible

Man this is probably the best Pizza Hut I have ordered from in well over a decade. The food was cooked perfectly, seasoned fries were FANTASTIC (well better than Five Guys), the pizza was loaded with toppings.. This will definitely be my go-to place to order from from now on. Thanks everyone!

Ordered 2 pizzas and stuffed garlic knots. One was a pepperoni with buttery garlic crust stuffed with cheese and extra sauce. The other was a meat lovers with buttery garlic crust. Both of the pizzas were dry due to very little to no sauce on them and the crust on both of them had no buttery garlic seasoning on them. I guess that’s what $45 dollars gets you!!! Never again will I eat at any Pizza Hut!!!
