We love Cane’s. All of them are good. All of them are a bit overpriced. This one was fine. Service was average. Could have been friendlier and faster. Other than price, I always enjoy Cane’s. Never had a bad experience.

As a resident from Louisiana…. and one who knows how the canes chicken normally is… this particular time at this location was a complete letdown.. the food all seemed stale, or dry… the toast that is normally fresh, at 99% of canes locations I’ve visited., seemed very dry .. not exaggerating… seems the quality of the bread was maybe old, and still used..I had to chew far more times than normal to eat this bread…normally, it’s so fresh you can eat 3 of them with no drink.. this one..nahhhhh.. very dry… the fries, were even dry, some like brown… instead of a bright fresh almost golden color.. stale.. like fried in old grease…the tenders I expected to be better, instead ,it was the same.. now normally canes chicken is juicy, not just fresh and hot.. but if cooked right.. the water is still in the meat , making it easy to consume more.. this one, no exaggerating, was very dry..I was actually shocked…I struggled to eat one. Not wanting to waste my money, I tried to eat another tender , to see if it was different,.. but nope,it was dry as well.. finally I just threw the half eaten food away and left with my drink…

Don’t get the hype? First time coming here was about 2 weeks ago and it was chicken tenders. Whats so special? Nothing really stood out to me. I didn’t jump up and down saying I need to come here again because the food was super good. I mean I didn’t even get BBQ sauce which apparently I was telling someone that and they said that I had to pay extra for that. Extra for sauce…? I remember when this place first opened and holy cow the lines for drive-thru were so long. I remember the police were there at times to what I’m guessing was to help direct traffic. The thing that I really liked about this place though was the high school memorabilia. I think that’s so neat having local memorabilia and having it coming from multiple schools. I just liked how it was local teams so local people can feel a connection in the building if that makes sense. That was my favorite part of the whole experience there.

Chicken fingers: most excellent
Sauce: really good
Fries: I’m not a big french fry person, but these were pretty good
Texas toast: odd choice for a chicken finger basket, but really good.
Coleslaw: not a big coleslaw person, but not bad- maybe could be a little creamier?

Somewhat eclectic decor. I was a bit confused. Random picture of Elvis and the “we can do it lady” by the pop machine. Almost kitschy? They sell their own merchandise, which I find a little self indulgent. But whatever, all in all it’s a great place with good food. No bacon .

This is my most thorough Google review ever.

Food was awesome…
Made perfect sauce was just enough for all the food…
Employees were more interested on being friendly with each other than the customers…
All tables were dirty seats were dirty had food and sauce on them floors had food underneath tables and food and other customers school stuff was in between seats and booths… We had to clean our own table to be able to sit in the booth plus the tables our family sat on in the middle of the room we had to clean off as well….

My first time ever eating food from here. The staff was friendly and very helpful to our questions. The service was quick and we were out of there within 2 minutes for take out. The food didn’t taste any different from any chicken finger/chicken tender I had before. Lastly, the dining area was kept cleaned and neat so that’s a nice plus.

I gave a 3 because the food is always great and I’ve never had an issue for the most part. I do feel like they put way too much ice in the drinks otherwise no issues usually. I ordered a sandwich with extra sauce on the side. I ended up receiving the wrong order. I paid more for what I should have gotten than what I got costs. So I’m out how much ever the difference is and I got an entree I didn’t order.

I’ve been eating at Cane’s since about 2009 and it’s easily my favorite place for chicken. They have a phenomenal dipping sauce, juicy chicken strips, buttery toast, and delicious sweet tea.

Every location I’ve been to has great service, food, and keep their restaurants clean.
