Staff was friendly as they apologized for the wait on a busy lunch rush. They were helpful in making sure the orders were correct. They even offered a drink carrier. Any question that were asked, they were able to answer.

I’ve been here twice, both times were overall very positive! The chicken was mad crispy and delicious and the sauce containers were filled to the top! It was pretty quick, nothing super speedy (I went in the drive thru). The only downfall is they forgot the ketchup, so we had to go inside and ask for it.

Cane’s really sucks !! I told them right when l got in there this was my first time being here. Before placing my order l did not want the drink and l was told you can get the meal w/out the drink and it was only two cents off. After l paid l learned l could of got a senior discount. The young kid that serviced me did not even inform me of that, again it was my first time being there. All they did was apologize but did not rectify the situation. The dining area was awful. The tables were all dirty, the seats were all greasy. They get ZERO stars !!! I will never step foot in Canes again !!!

Little black child had a terrible attitude and needs to fix it. Overall was terrible experience, she reads our order to us correctly through the mic then at the window gets it all wrong. Then proceeds to have to ask management to see if she can have our correct order. On top says that we are broke for using small bills cause I didn’t want my small bills anymore. The part I don’t understand is if you don’t like your job in customer service then why take the job. Honestly she needs to be fired on the spot and an apology.

My first time ever eating food from here. The staff was friendly and very helpful to our questions. The service was quick and we were out of there within 2 minutes for take out. The food didn’t taste any different from any chicken finger/chicken tender I had before. Lastly, the dining area was kept cleaned and neat so that’s a nice plus.

As I drove down the freeway, experiencing hunger, I saw a sign for canes, and I thought why not? I walk in immediately drawn to the counter I go when I order my vegetarian meal consisting of fries, Texas toast, and a beverage. Next I go and I sit down, and I go back up to the counter and I say can I buy the merch and this kind kind young lady comes out and she says yes. Her name was StajioNae – the manager. She was kind, she was patient, she was enthusiastic. She addressed my needs and she was caring. She invited me back. She did everything that a manager is expected to do and she went above and beyond. I feel like I made a new friend today. I feel like she will be at my wedding. I could tell she was good at her job and loves her job.
