Went on a Friday evening, expected BJ’s to be busy, far from it (I didn’t realize the mall closes at 8pm?). Service seems rather slow nonetheless. Food is good, I have gotten their chili in a bread bowl more than once. They mainly focus on their own beers, which are good, but I would like to see a wider selection from other breweries.

Great drinks! Great service! But the food was underwhelming. We got the prime rib weekend special. We ordered medium rare and we got very well done(except for the edges). The mash potatoes are bland, but the roasted vegetables and clam chowder was delicious!! I got the Jerry burst which is a combination of the Jeremiah red and the berry bust cider. Best beer I’ve ever had. I ended up buying the cider so I can mix it with beer later. It’s now my go to type of beer.

Ordered for delivery and food was still pretty hot and arrived on time. They packaged and sealed everything perfectly. Only missing were napkins & utensils. Prime rib with asparagus, mashed potatoes and clam chowder along with the brownie pizookie. Also got the rib eye with broccoli and cheese soup Everything was delicious but the prime rib was very fatty. I’ve been going to BJ’s for decades now and they are consistent and delicious. For that I will always come back!

I have ordered from this location on multiple occasions and each time my order was done incorrectly. The first time I subbed out the ahi tuna and that was my fault. So the other 2-3 times after that I made sure not to sub anything out and to leave the salad as is. I would get the salad without the ahi..so the last time I made sure to call and let them know my frustrations right after placing my order. Then the in fact send me the salad without with the ahi tuna and don’t put some of the other things that are supposed to come on the salad and didn’t even give me my flat bread pizza. Just so unprofessional and I will never order here again.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with BJ’s that left me feeling completely let down and inconvenienced. I placed an order with them, and they promptly accepted it, giving me the impression that they were capable of fulfilling it.
