Went to rest dinner on Thursday and regretted going in. There parking lot was empty for dinner, I thought it was closed but it wasn’t. Ordered breakfast and the only thing that was good were the sausages. The waffle was burnt, the hash browns were so crispy and oily that the food tasted like old oil. The hash browns were so burnt/crispy that you couldn’t chew them properly. Felt like the grill needed severe cleaning.Salsa tasted like it was from a can. The restaurant was dead, yet the tables and the floor were dirty. Seemed like the cook did not have any experience cooking, the rule is if you won’t eat the food you are cooking, then it shouldn’t be served to the customers. Management wake up and run your store, look at the food that is going out and make sure your restaurant is spotless, including the bathrooms. Won’t be going back any time soon. I should of just driven to the Outlets…

We went in at 1:30 am. and didn’t think we would get the service we did, being that it was so late. Tammy, our server, was in a very cheerful mood and was very pleasant, giving us excellent service, and our food was very fresh and delicious! I truly appreciate the fact that they are open after hours. What a great way to end our evening. Thank you, IHOP.

First off as soon as one enters the door the atmosphere is filled with the reek of raw sewage mixed with decades old grease that overtakes the senses.
We had our elderly parent with us; this is their personal favorite thus there was no escape from the revolting smell. My sibling and I concluded that the manger never washes/disinfects the mophead another of our theories is that the manager mops with rancid dirty water. To make matters worse the floor is extra greased lighting sleek. It took both of us to keep our elder parent from taking a fall.
The food was excellent compliments to the kitchen.
Before we left, we alerted our server about the sleek and foul-smelling floors. She said she would tell her manager. We have not been back since about 2 weeks ago.
We are afraid to slip and endure the foul smell. We wonder if you can let us know if the floor has been made safe and sanitary. The IHOP is off Sunland Park Drive in El Paso TX 79912

I attended IHop this weekend, honestly not having a great day at all.
Doubting if I should dine-in, or just go to a fast food restaurant and grab something to go.
Took the decision to dine in, let me tell you, best decision ever!!
The waitress that assisted me was just on everything, so friendly, had very interesting conversations, even told her about my day, she would come and check on me frequently, she’s super positive, didn’t have to ask to absolutely anything.
I’ve never been to this ihop before, but for sure it’s not my last time, even though I have an Ihop around the block, I don’t mind driving to this one.

We had such a wonderful dinner on Valentine’s Day, our server Damian Lopez was excellent, and was very attentive to our requests and patient with our children. No complaints on Damian Lopez for sure!!! excellent service!!

Went on Christmas Day just to get a takeout, I wanted to do 3 separate payments because I was getting 3 different people food. The host there named Chris was very rude, he told my boyfriend that he was making his job harder and was rushing us to order, saying “tell me your order” but in a rude way and was making hand gestures that was very telling he was trying to make us hurry. I do not like that kind of attitude at all he could’ve been nicer. I’m not coming back to this IHOP with your guys employees that don’t know what kindness is. I never liked this IHOP in general horrible experience every time.

My daughter went with her friends to this Ihop late Saturday night on 10/18. They were seated but had to wait more than 30 minutes before someone came to take their order. After placing their order, they waited another 45 minutes before they got their food. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate which she never received but yet was charged for it. The waiters were hiding in the back instead of serving their customers. My daughter and her friends will not be visiting this Ihop location again.

Very unhappy. When I asked the server for a table instead of a booth, he seemed to question my request and then said ok, but with a I dont care attitude. Sat down with no further assistance. I noticed a gentleman asking for help and the server made eye contact and just keep walking. The gentleman had to stand up to get help. My family never got drinks or anything so we left. Very unhappy experience.
