Today i brought my MuM out for her Birthday lunch. We both got the grilled cheese burger sandwiches. I had queso dipping sauce with mine, my MuM had tomato basil with here. We also split the cheese sticks. To drink i stayed with water and my MuM had a strawberry lemonade. The sandwiche is very filling lol. So now I have lunch for tonight lol. Our waitress was Alexis. She was very sweet and a great at her job, I can recommend asking for her.

Wonderful experience overall! The host opened the door for me and made me feel welcome immediately. My order was made to perfection quickly, even though I had a modification to the meal! The server Johna was very friendly and quick to accommodating me, and my espresso martini was mixed wonderfully. Overall great experience 🙂

Hannah, the greeter, was excellent. She had a wonderful disposition. Very kind and considerate.

I stopped going to Applebee’s years ago because of the same thing that happened on Valentine’s Day.
I am someone who works in the business so I know how things should be done. When people order an appetizer it’s because they want to have an appetizer. Applebee’s will bring your appetizer with your soup and salad. All I don’t want that I want to enjoy my appetizer and not have to worry about my suit becoming cold because I can’t get to it in time. On top of being halfway through your soup then they bring out your entrees which ours happen to be steaks. I immediately asked for a box because I knew by the time I would get to it it would be ice cold. I ordered a steak medium rare and it came out well done and the bartender simply just said oh I’m sorry.
We ate half of our appetizers because we wanted to eat our soups while they were hot I didn’t end up eating my entree at all because the steak was overdone and by the time I would have gotten to it it would have been ice cold.
Atmosphere is great and the bartender was very efficient. I just wish they would slow their service down especially on Valentine’s Day. Something to remember when you go in there I would just order my appetizer and let that come and be finished first before you order your next rounds.

Got seated at 720PM at 755PM we finally got a waitress. We order our drinks, food, and appetizers all at the same time. I guess they changed the system and waitress couldnt find the beer button but after 10min we finally got the beer. When we got our food the burger was overcooked and ICE COLD. When we got the steak it was completely wrong. After 25min we got our food again and the steak was smaller and the fries weren’t done. I order broccoli with my steak and got mash potatoes. We finally told her we gonna just pay for the drinks and appetizers waitress said she gonna send a manger. We never saw a manager and after 30min we finally got the bill.

Great experience and food was surprisingly good. Brionna our server was prompt, friendly and attentive. It’s been a while since I’ve ate at Applebees and I don’t remember the food being this good. The manager even made rounds to each table introducing herself and making sure everything was good. Will definitely go back.

Rick has been the best server we have had at any restaurant we’ve toured over the last four years, his humor, enthusiasm and positive energy makes us repeat customers at this location always hoping we get him as our server. Rick is truly the best server in the entire Pacific Northwest and we would know! Carla was also extremely pleasant and helpful prefacing our experience with a warm and inviting atmosphere!

We came here to celebrate my grandsons birthday. The restaurant wasn’t very busy. Our service was terrible and the food was dry and seemed like it sat under the light or something for awhile. We weren’t offered water, didn’t have enough silverware for everyone. We had to get our own from up by the front desk area. Very disappointed and won’t be going back anytime soon.

I’m obsessed with this place! The bourbon chicken and shrimp were TO DIE FOR. Huge fan of the gluten-free options too – felt safe and included, which is everything when you’ve got celiac disease. Staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was on point. 10/10 would recommend!

My regular place was closed due to Easter holiday, so my choices were here or McDonald’s. I chose wrong. Ordered the Ribeye (medium), mash potatoes, and broccoli. Steak was well done+. Broccoli was so overcooked was just mush. Somehow the potatoes were just as they looked. Loaded onto my plate with an ice cream scoop, ice cold. Before I tasted anything, I asked for salt and pepper. Pepper shaker wouldn’t work. Server mumbled about someone messing with it, so I’m instantly wondering if I’m about to be poisoned. In the end, they remade my food. Steak was “marbled” in their words. Unable to separate the huge fat and grissle from the actual meat, I asked the manager if these were cooked from frozen or what. He suddenly developed a studder and tried to tell me they were fresh. I know that just ain’t so. Not coming back. I will say, my server was nice. None of this was here fault, so I still tipped.
