The worst canes I’ve ever had. Came on 01/16 at approximately 4:20pmz I got about 7 cold french fries, 2 chicken tenders when I paid for 3. Extremely long wait and like 2 people in line including myself. Not returning to this location.

Excellent service today at this Raising Cane’s location. Clean, efficient service and the food was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful and plenty of parking. The cost of the food was reasonable and portion was great size as well. Restrooms are on site as well as plenty of seating indoors. Would definitely recommend this location.

I put in a mobile curbside pickup order tonight. I parked and waited. 10 minutes after the pick up time I got impatient and went in to get the food. The guy working behind the counter gave me a bag and my drinks but I quickly realized I was still missing 3 kids meals. I had to wait a longer for the kids meals. Although I was annoyed about waiting, I could see they were clearly busy. They did provide me with a free meal for future use for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. I’ll probably avoid mobile orders and just go through the drive thru going forward.
The food? It was surprisingly really good. The chicken was so good and I enjoyed the Cane’s sauce. The Texas Toast was really good. I did enjoy the coleslaw but not everyone likes coleslaw. Not a huge fan of their very limited options.The fries were. . . ehhhh. I wish they had another side option as opposed to fries. So although the majority of it was good, I can’t give it 5 stars for food when a 4 piece combo is like $12 and the side just gets left uneaten. Therefore, the food is getting a 4 from me.

I was surprised how good the chicken was here. I know plenty of people that said it was really good so the bar was set high. In terms of comparison with most fried chicken chains I will say they were in the top five for me. It’s worth trying if you haven’t!

It’s quite ridiculous how small 2/4 tenders are. I paid for a four piece so I expected there to be four normal size tenders not two tiny ones and two regular one. Also, one of the four is a naked tender not regular. Was sent two gift cards for a free box combo each, very pleased with the way customer service made up for my bad experience.
