This place is tucked away inside the lobby of an I-Drive area hotel. A quaint little counter service spot with a couple of tables, and a glass case containing lots of delectable looking desserts.

Service was very friendly. They made recommendations. I tried to make the distinction that I wanted what they thought would be the best thing to eat, Not what they thought American tourists would best stomach. And they hooked me up. I got a few things with some new flavors, I was astounded.

Everything was really good. And from the event, the way that they weaved Indian flavors into more recognizable foods was genius. I think this place is going to go a long way to getting people with less adventurous palates to explore Indian cuisine more. They’re like a gateway drugs.

Before you know it, the patrons of this place will be into biryanis and dosas and much harder stuff. I love it. Thanks, Tabla!

Really cute little café on the Clarion Hotel property. They have your typical coffee menu, breakfast sandwiches, regular sandwiches and Indian base dishes and sweet treats.. the iced coffee was delicious and the breakfast sandwiches were made to order so tasty! You can also build your own salad or rice bowl. The breakfast sandwiches were about $10 and iced coffee with six. My friend got the masala chicken sandwich and said it was delicious. I would definitely come back here.

When I heard there was an Indian cafe, I was so excited. I had tried the restaurant’s food the night before (which was across from my hotel), which was excellent, so I figured it couldn’t disappoint. Unfortunately it did – the chai was not smooth and you could not adjust the sugar level, so all I tasted was sugar. Same goes for the cardamom coffee which basically tasted like the chai (like sugar). They were out of the filter coffee but I’m sure it would have been overly sweetened also. The paneer puff pastry was however delicious. Stick to food when you go to Tabla, unless this place changes up its drink recipes.

Conveniently located inside @clarionhotelorlando next to @tablaorlando –
And no need to be a hotel guest to stop by!
Plus Free parking.

This is a new concept featuring quick and easy options inspired by the street food and sweets (mithai) found in India.

Some highlights include:
chicken tikka masala burritos and bowls , butter chicken melt burgers , tikka pizzas , cardamom coffee ☕️, desserts , Indian-inspired boba teas such as rose and mango, and more!

My favorite was the Butter Chicken Melt Burger!

I really enjoyed the Kurkure Momo and the Chicken Tika Bowl. Try the Mango boba drink. It’s great for taking away the heat in some of those Indian dishes.
